Thr staff lack service skills and are rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate of customers. I placed an online order, my wife went to pick it up at the indicated time, and had to wait nearly an hour for food. The staff prioritized other customers over us, for no apparent reason. I called to complain and request to return the order, and was told that wasn’t possible. I asked for the manager, who also wasn’t available. The store staff are a direct representation of management, and management is seriously lacking here.

Orders online, waited 15 minutes to pick it up, as i arrived I still had to wait 15 more minutes for my food, when I got home I noticed I was missing my cookies, and I didn’t get the chips I requested either. The service was rude and was very slow even with 3 employees, attempted to call multiple times but was ignored every time. I won’t be back!
