I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this location. I made a mobile order and it was wrong. Didn’t have everything I asked for and was a complete mess. Then I tried to call up to the store 3 times to try to get what was missing atleast and no answer. So I drove back to the store and asked the gentleman if I could get what was missing and he was so rude. He said “im not doing this” a couple times and began to roll his eyes and dismiss me. It was so embarrassing because he did this with a pretty packed lobby! He finally got me one of the things missing and put it in a cup and threw it towards me!!! Once again extremely embarrassed!! I email subway to give them my feedback and they send me an apology email that had nothing to do with what was wrong. I am in customer service and I would NEVER dismiss or treat ANYONE like this!!! The owner should be embarrassed with this behavior and the blatant disregard to his patrons!!

Don’t go ! There more concerned with parking than service of food. You think they look at food and hands than other things . Trust me. And I’m not saying this because there next to gas station .Just go park your vehicle somewhere close to them or there because over flow parking is full and see what happens . It’s a gas station . We bought snow cones for the kids, then decided we wanted a sandwich so we pulled over into a parking spot. One of the workers started freaking out and hit the sign that said “subway customers only” (which we were gonna be). We had literally just pulled up and didn’t even have time to get situated to get out. He then proceeded to go inside and say something out loud so everyone inside turned to our car. Smh I would understand if we had been there for 10 minutes but he just automatically assumed and lost customers…

Terrible place to go, spent 44 dollars here and they made my entire order incorrectly. I asked them to either remake it or give me a refund nicely and the manager who did not give me his name refused. Only way I know How to describe him is that he has an accent. Will be calling corporate about this.

This is the best Subway restaurant! The owner Ken is always friendly and you can tell he really cares about his ingredients being fresh and his restaurant being clean! We have been eating there for years and will continue to do so.
