After being at jury duty all day, my son took me in the rain to Subway and having my sub completely made and packed to go, at 6:30 p.m I was told they could not take cash to pay for it with change for a $20 and took the 6 inch sub for which I had a coupon for $3.99 back and said have a nice day. I asked for the franchise owner name and number, but I was only given the store phone number. Both workers had attitudes like I did something wrong.

My daughter and I went to Subway today for dinner and the service from Jean was absolutely amazing he was there all by himself and still delivered amazing service! He had three customers in front of us and two behind us even while handling two of the three customers ahead of us he managed to take the time to apologize for the wait and acknowledge there were others in the store! I didn’t get what I wanted because there was no prep work done by the previous shift’s crew. The sandwich I did get was still great!

We went there to use a coupon to get 3 foot long subs for $17 and some cents. Sound like a good deal. We didn’t order everything that is EXCLUDED to that coupon. At the cashier, no one can make the coupon work. It still told us to pay $35. They don’t know how to troubleshoot or find a workaround or something. They can’t even explain why it isn’t working. The place is dirty and has a fly flying around when the subs were being prepared. Definitely, not coming back to this branch.

Very quality sandwich there’s an old lady that works there she’s been making sandwiches for years she told me I forgot her name. She does a wonderful job she is a little slow but she knows what she’s doing. So if you’re in a very extreme hurry you might find her to be a little slow but I’m sure you were enjoy the sandwich. There’s a old black woman who works there she always seems to have a mean look on her face. When I first started going there she caught an attitude with me but the other couple of times I’ve been there she’s been OK.

Door dash or in store, is just trash… gone to the store a few times and just wasted my time going there. Don’t have the stuff to make the subs, and when they do (if your lucky) they don’t make it to your order regardless. On door dash it’s either no bread, out of lettuce, meatballs onions chicken etc. my last order was a plain Jane BLT . But literally was missing the main ingredient. Bacon, now granted my fault for ordering from the same store but I was hopeful after a 20 hour day of working that I wouldn’t have to stop on the way home but just have it meet me there. Just to have lettuce and tomatoes with mayo on bread. If your wanting subway go to the one by the highway this one is not worth it.

I visited this location today when I was in the area. Out of the 5 employees there, I was greeted or spoken to by every single one of them. They were smiling and polite. They were all working as a team and it showed. I am blown away by the level of customer service I was shown today by this staff. I was there around 1145am on a Sunday. Take note, Corporate!!! That is the crew to base your levels of service on. Great job!
