This is seriously one of the friendliest Subways I’ve ever been to. We stopped here on vacation for lunch. The ladies working here were so sweet to us, especially my son and they interacted with us a lot. She even doubled checked with my son and made sure he liked his sub before wrapping it up. I ordered one of the mini pizzas and it was great.

Toaster hasn’t been working. 4 sandwiches in 7 days and none came out toasted. I watched the sandwiches be toasted twice and the bread wasn’t even hot. Philly cheesesteak is awful cold, the new garlic roast chicken is nasty cold and others. Thx a lot. 4 tries and you couldn’t get it right.

This lady right here is one of the most unprofessional women I’ve ever dealt with in my entire professional life I couldn’t even get my dinner let alone and actual apology for what not doing your job correctly is it that hard to admit that you could legitimately didn’t do your job correctly and then you want to call your manager and get aggressive with me and Chase me out of the store when I literally left with no issue other then saying have a good dinner since i paid for it. But to chase me out for no reason when you were the one being aggressive. Legitimately the last time i will tolerate this from a female. Do your job there wont be unhappy customers its that simple. She acted just as rude the last time i came in there and she was working and i didn’t give her a tip yet cause i was waiting for my change. You want respect. You give it. Don’t immediately get in customers faces when they ask why you wouldn’t simply do your job? I work in the industry and how this lady handled a question is beyond me.

I have been going to this store for some time now. Never a problem yesterday I ordered my husband a cold combo I asked for extra banana peppers he only gets onions and peppers on it the manager in the store said she would do it this time but next time I would have to pay extra. I was never told this before. Noticed this location changes employees a lot. I will no longer go to subway.

Went here after a rather stressful day. Had a lovely experience and some laughs with the cashier. Excellent customer service. She helped me with the menu (I’m visually impaired) and explained everything perfectly. Food was great. 5/5 stars from me : D

My father came into the this location to order. The food was good. But when my father asked to use the bathroom the lady said they don’t have keys to the restroom. “Because they are trying to not let people overdose inside the bathrooms.” WHAT THE HECK. I’m sorry but this needs addressed to the management or subway headquarters on having a better security service for the if this is what is happen. As a person who had been in love with subway since I was a teenager I will never come back to this location which is unfortunate cause I love all my subway locations.

Came in an hour before closing time and was told they couldn’t toast my sub because they “didn’t know how long it’s going to take and it probably won’t heat up” . I’m guessing they already had the oven turned off to close early.
