I had such a great experience at Subway! The staff were super friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — fresh, fast, and delicious. Everything from the bread to the veggies tasted really fresh, and the store was clean and inviting. You can tell they take pride in what they do! Definitely my go-to spot for a quick, healthy meal. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and even better food!

I had an amazing experience at this Subway! Mr. Corey made my sandwich to perfection! Everything was fresh, neatly prepared, and exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The service was Excellent, and Corey was both Professional and Friendly throughout the entire experience. It’s always great to receive service with a smile! I’ll Definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Absolute terrible customer service! Avoid avoid avoid this place! The employee made a sandwich wrong and when we asked her to fix it she threw it in the garbage and told us to go to a different Subway and asked us to leave. When we refused and asked her to remake the sandwich she threatened to call the police on us. We weren’t even doing anything wrong we weren’t using any foul language we asked nicely that she remake the sandwich because she didn’t make it the way we asked. We Call Subway customer service and they have done nothing!!! I understand she was by herself but there was still an hour and a half that they was open. Whatever happened to the customer comes first. We were regulars there but refused to go back ever again. Not only because this employee whose picture I posted was rude mean and aggressive but because when we got in touch with Subway Corporate they didn’t do anything. Looks like Firehouse will be our go to place from now on they make better sandwiches there anyway!

He treats his staff and customers with respect, keeps the store clean and organized, and creates a positive environment. You can really tell he cares about both the team and the customers. Great customer service, I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a women named Kaydale, she was super nice. I was kind of having a bad day and she asked me how my day was going. I opened up to her about how crappy my day was and she was very encouraging. She also recommended a sandwich that did not disappoint! Overall, I was impressed and thankful with r the service I got. Thank you Subway for having amazing people who are caring and can make delicious sandwiches

The sandwiches were fresh and the staff was very very polite especially Aryanna! She was so sweet and made everything perfectly even though the order was a bit complicated, I mean making 20 sandwiches for a picky soccer team is a lot of work but Aryanna did it amazingly and made great conversation as she did it! I would definitely come here again for all my sandwiches just for the friendly staff 🙂

I ordered a foot long Titan turkey through the mobile app. Normally my service at this location is stellar but today when I picked up my bag it felt light. So I asked the guy is this a regular because I asked for a Titan Turkey. He said yes it has 16 slices of turkey on it. I said it really feels light but I will trust you and I left the store. I get home and BAM, it only has 8 slices on it as you can see in the video of half of my sandwich. Whichever of the two of those guys that made my sandwich knew they were screwing me over.
How is this ok and to lie to my face about my purchase one of you made. See the attached VIDEO and pictures. Why should I have to drive back after I asked you was it what I ordered and you half assed my extra tomatoes, oil and vinegar, no mayo on it either. Dude I’m pissed. Where is the MANAGER!!!

Got steak and cheese protein bowl. The bowl was normal great Subway quality. The bowl artist was pleasant and professional. Store in a good location and attractive. The store loses points for not having unsweetened tea and not having large plastic carry-out bags to take my food out. They did give me a small sandwich bag, which was too small for a bowl.

When I walked in I was greeted very nicely. I had a big order and the young lady didn’t act like I was bothering her like some of these other fast food places. She made my sandwiches perfectly. Also, get the cookies, you will love them!
