This is the second time in a several days I’ve visited this store. I walked out the first time because there was only one person working and about 10 people waiting. So I go back 2 Days later and figure okay I’ll wait it out. Again only one l
person working in the store. Well after my sandwich was made I requested Mayo. And can you believe they didn’t even have Mayo! Judging from the reviews here they may just have to suffer financially to change anything. Anyway I’m done

Tried to call this Subway location 10 times and it stayed on the busy signal. Would love for the actual owner to call me. This is horrible business. There should be a way to contact the location. I could have been trying to cancel an order and save you from wasting money on product. You never know. There are still kind people in the world. Have a way to be contacted.

Ordered online. My leg is broken and I’m in a cast, so my boyfriend drove to subway and went in. Our order wasn’t there. He was told “someone else must have picked it up”. Ok? Not my problem—so he shows them the receipt so that they BELIEVE him that our order isn’t there and was for him.

Subs were fine once we got them. Soggy and didn’t wrap them properly. But we could’ve done without the snide remarks, laziness, and unhelpfulness of the employees today.

I ordered through the Subway app and my order was completely wrong. Not just one thing — the entire order. Items were missing, sandwiches were made incorrectly, and it was a total waste of time and money. The whole point of ordering ahead is accuracy and convenience, and Subway failed at both. Extremely frustrating experience and absolutely unacceptable.

Was just at local Subway and here are my complaints: no wheat bread, both workers had no idea how to make a specific “Fresh Fit” protein sandwich, they didn’t add any sauce, I added gratuity on my card and guy just goes on about how Uber should have to share tips (and no thank you). There was water on floor (I only mention because I was in a slip and fall accident). My visit was 1/23/26 about 1:20pm.

The employees added a tip to my bill without asking me or mentioning it to me. I found out when I got home and reviewed my receipt!!! Be sure to check your receipt before leaving the building so they do not steal from you also.

Ordered over Uber. I asked for a cold cut. They gave me a steak. I asked for six white chocolate macadamia cookies. I got six chocolate chip. Service today on September 11th 2025 was complete garbage

Wrong order.
Asked for wheat bread and provolone toasted. Got white bread, American, not toasted. Onions and sauce on half sandwich and missing another sauce.
Had another sandwich made in person. Asked for white bread, got wheat, only 1 slice of pepperoni.

Not what we ordered at all.
This location always messes up orders.

UPDATE: Talked to district manager on 6/19, she fully refunded the order and was very nice and apologetic.
They have new workers that have just started out and in process of training.

Only one person was working and kept talking about how their coworker didn’t show up. Service was very slow—I waited 20 minutes for a simple turkey sub, which took up a big part of my lunch break. The sub itself tasted good, but the long wait was frustrating. Hope they can improve the service.

Sometimes I go there when I’m in a rush. I always get a few cookies. But for some reason, the cookies are always half baked and/or overbaked. Often, they don’t even have all their items available. The staff seems apathetic about it.
