I’ve had bad experiences with this one alot they’re out of stuff all the time I made an online order. Went to get it an hour later the lady hadn’t even started my order and my order was $50. One day someone was smoking a cigarette and tried to make my food without washing their hands first and when I said never mind the lady tossed the bread onto the floor

Start off by saying we are a family of 4 I have 3 children. I go in order subs I am told I can’t order over 3 subs in store I have to do an online order. Now ordering online they saying they don’t make enough bread customers are only allowed 3 subs per day per customer when ordering online. Hilliard subway is a joke

The only reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because Mr. Michael is working hard to take care of everyone that comes in it takes a while because he is a one man army. I’ve had the pleasure of talking with him for a bit and I have nothing but good things to say. He needs help he doesn’t get days off because if he did nobody would be working there. My man needs help or for damn sure a pay raise. Customer service is impeccable unless you’re impatient then if that’s the case get the hell and don’t drag my man down. Mr. Michael if you see this thank you.

Usually pretty good, but don’t go while they are airing out the onions for 2 hours . Was ordering onions on my sandwich and the girl told me they are out until the new onions finish airing out for about 2 hours, because they are too strong to put on the line!!! This was a first for me. Moved on to the Folkston subway, hopefully their onions have completed their airing stage!

It’s a pretty great Subway. Not all of the staff is kind though many of the employees obviously hate their jobs and a few are pretty rude but the food is always good and I’ve never seen them do anything that wasn’t clean.
