Store was clean about the only good thing about this experience. Ordered doordash and 2 of 3 were wrong. Went up to store for correction. There was 1 other customer there. Stood for about 5 mins before being addressed. Explained about mix up, they were already remaking because I called a head. There were 2 employees. A man named Ken and a women. Ken caught an attitude from the moment he started talking. Mumbling so I couldn’t hear him, then he spoke loud enough to hear and acted like it was a problem. I asked if he had been working long and he said “been here since 3 and her since 5″…. It was 6:30. Their whole demeanor was wrong. I’m the last to really be hard on food service because I get it. However, these two need to close the door and go home. There’s another subway down the street. The women was either on something or personally picked the lettuce because 6 slivers of lettuce is expected to suffice. When asked for more lettuce you got 3 more slivers. Seriously, scratch the schedule move down the street to another subway.

I walked into this Subway and I stood in line. The place was clean. The employee looked friendly and was working well. I ended up leaving without ordering. Subway has always had a modo of “Eat fresh”. Well, all I saw was wilted ingredients that looked like they were from yesterday. I did not even want to order. Please fix this.

I was extremely disappointed in my visit there today! The guy seemed disturbed that I was there and was aggressively slamming toaster door and also bread door! Threw cheese back and was very abrupt and short! Rudeness all the way around!!!! COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE and should have just walked out!!

I usually love coming to this subway, the staff are usually so nice. However, every single time the worker named Bryan is there, the customer service plumits. He gives few toppings (like 7 olives), is often rude if I ask for any customizations and quite honestly makes me feel stupid and out of place. It’s shocking since I’ve never experienced this with any other worker and I want to continue coming to this location

Ordered a wrap from them and it had nothing on it except tuna and was the wrong wrap. Should of been a spinach wrap with all the vegetables and tuna. I reordered after receiving a bad order and I got the same exact wrong order. I call them for an hour with no answer and I’d like to say the customer service was bad but it was not existent

While this may be a 3 star review I must stress that each dish made for me by the employees has been delicious and primarily healthy. The 3 star review comes from a bit of news I heard from the New York Times about Subway; that the diced tuna they serve is allegedly not tuna at all. Disregarding the scandal, this establishment has always provided great service, great subs and they’ve even added a new vegetarian patty to their menu, but if you’re craving a tuna sub I would suggest getting it elsewhere…
