The old Caucasian woman immediately brushed me off upon my arrival simply because I had my 2 girls with me. She ASSumed that they would be rowdy and felt the need to go out of her way to tell me to “Watch my kids!” The tone was annoyed. I was on the phone with my husband and she kept interrupting me to hurry up and sign the reciept since the order was made online for pickup. When I finally got up there, I said “the world will stop if I don’t sign” sarcastically since she needed to rush me. Then she says “that’s just how life is…” I then said, “no it’s not, “and immediately let her know how much I didn’t appreciate her rushing and brushing me off. “Your customer service is trash!” She didn’t apologize and told me to have a good day. I believe the gentleman with the curly hair that worked with her knew the vybez and offered water as we waited for our sandwiches to be done. The sandwhich wasn’t even hitting my taste buds after this encounter. She was very rude, and I didnt appreciate being stereotyped like that.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this is unacceptable. I ordered two subs off the app, one being “The Monster”. This is suppose to come with meatballs, cheese, pepperoni, and I ordered spinach. What I received is laughable. I opened my sandwich to find pepperoni, red sauce, and spinach. NO CHEESE OR MEATBALLS. I attempted to call the store not once, not twice, but THREE times and no one answered the phone. I don’t know why because the store was empty when I got there. Extremely upset with the experience, I will not be going back and will share my experience with anyone who brings up Subway.

Check your ice cup for black mold…bread wasnt that great and didn’t seem fresh. The Subway at the Walmart in Starke is way better. Nice lady thought.

I wish I could give this location ZEROOOO stars! A older white lady was sitting at the tables playing on her phone when we walked in with her backpack.she hopped up and tried to make out food so I simply asked her “can you please wash your hands before you make our subs” her male coworker helps me in the meantime and when she comes back she asks the employee “did she ask you to wash your hands “ he says no an I respectfully tell her “I only asked you because you were using your phone when we walked in…. My son asks for a meatball sub on a footlong and she barely puts any on there…. I ask for more meatballs and she asks “deluxe or double” I ask for the deluxe and she plops a bunch of sauce in the middle of his sub with an attitude and fails to spread anything….. at this point I told the male employee that we won’t be buying anything and we left without any food. As we walked out my husband did tell her “you need to watch your attitude ma’am. Employees should not feel offended by a customer asking them to wash their hands and then giving them attitude after… I will never return to this location & don’t recommend for anyone else either .

We love subway, but I feel as if the customer service needs help. We’ve had two incidences while trying to get our food. One was when we went around 7:30 PM, and the door was locked. The young lady saw us standing outside while she was at a table, and walked past us to the back and then mouthed “we’re closed”. We tried calling and they did not answer their phone. So we had to call the OP location to confirm closing time, and get us into this location. This second time we went in, an older lady, very thin, with light brown hair (wish I got her name) was completely rude. Never spoke a word, and just had a terrible attitude. Slamming the side door (almost closing my daughter’s fingers in it), throwing our napkins/receipts. I told her I had two coupons and she snatched them right out of my hand without a word. As we we’re leaving the older lady laughed and said “lord give me strength”. I would’ve said something, but having my daughter I didn’t need any problems. We’ve eaten here a few times just for the vegetables/cheese to look bleh.. for a subway in Fleming Island. It truly doesn’t represent our community well. Will not be back to this location. Sad 🙁

Store was clean about the only good thing about this experience. Ordered doordash and 2 of 3 were wrong. Went up to store for correction. There was 1 other customer there. Stood for about 5 mins before being addressed. Explained about mix up, they were already remaking because I called a head. There were 2 employees. A man named Ken and a women. Ken caught an attitude from the moment he started talking. Mumbling so I couldn’t hear him, then he spoke loud enough to hear and acted like it was a problem. I asked if he had been working long and he said “been here since 3 and her since 5″…. It was 6:30. Their whole demeanor was wrong. I’m the last to really be hard on food service because I get it. However, these two need to close the door and go home. There’s another subway down the street. The women was either on something or personally picked the lettuce because 6 slivers of lettuce is expected to suffice. When asked for more lettuce you got 3 more slivers. Seriously, scratch the schedule move down the street to another subway.

This is how much cheese I got on my togo sandwich. All I gotta say is with a sandwich with only 2 things on it you would think they would put a good amount. And the customer service to my mom picking up the order was unbelievable. I called and spoke to a manager and he said they are told to put one ounce of cheese on the sandwich unless you ask for extra. My subway in green-cove makes my sandwich perfect everytime and I never have to ask for extras. Its just this establishment.

Jessica was the only employee at 11:45, and it was quite busy between people standing in line and online order pick ups, but she handled it like a rockstar! She greated everyone as they entered and was very quick making the subs all while keeping a great attitude and a smile on her face!

The women who helped me were very kind and understanding about my dairy allergy and were all around super helpful. I live in the area and will definitely be back. Cannot go wrong with Subway!
