Well my food came with out my bacon and without the avocado i paid extra for. There was no garlic aioli on it they put ranch… pretty annoyed seeing I ordered via mobile app. I find it funny the two most expensive things on my sandwich were left off. Store is very clean and updated. The ladies making the sandwiches were nice. The food was good. They only had one type of bread available when we went; not a deal breaker for us.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered on line because we were traveling and wanted subway, when we got there to pick up our order they told us their cooler was filled with water and they couldn’t make our sandwiches. Ok, so I expected a refund, no the guy printed off the receipt and told us to take it to another subway and see if they would make our sandwiches. So I am out of 30 dollars had no food and just flabbergasted that we didn’t get a refund. Contacted subway themselves, still waiting on a refund that I doubt I will get. Lesson learned don’t stop in GA for subway. This store should be ashamed of themselves.

I’m so furious with the management and owner of this store! I just left Subway. My experience inside with the older lady was amazing. However, can management and owner tell me why they are so money hungry that they leave an older lady ALONE, working doubles, and lef to close by herself?? Why can’t you close the store? Your employees health and mental health are more important than you staying open. I understand you being short staffed, we all are. But you DO NOT overwork the ones that you have!! I’m absolutely irate at how this lady is being treated. Poor thing hasn’t had any time to do any prepping or cleanup. I tipped her well for her time and her hospitality, but I could tell she is tired and dead on her feet. I was tempted to lock the door myself! I’d love nothing more than management or owner to reply to me. Please! Subway needs to be shut down if this is how you are going to operate. Why wasn’t a manager there to help her? It is a safety concern having her there by herself! Didn’t you guys just get robbed not too long ago?? Seriously! Manager to reply to this with their personal contact info! And give that lady a damn pay raise! Everyone makes more than $8.00 an hour! I’m tempted to start a protest at this store!

We were not greeted when we walked in. There were 2 people working, a young lady who worked very hard, and an older gentleman that walked away from the counter while there were 5 people standing in line that needed to order. He went to the back while this young lady did everything from making the sandwiches, to toasting them, to adding the vegetables, and ringing up everyone on the cash register. We will not go back to that particular Subway. The young lady did her best to take care of everything. We were grateful that she actually did her job very diligently.

Friendly staff. They move relatively quick even during lunch rush. However, accuracy of sandwiches done using the online app is hit or miss. This review would be 5* if I hadn’t had my online order be incorrect the last several times. This location is always clean and the employees practice good hygiene.

I often go to this Subway and I am always pleased. Greg is very quiet and skips on the small talk but always nice. The other night he had a ton of online orders and people waiting. It was a lot! He KILLED it!! Under pressure he was truly graceful and pleasant! Great Job Greg!! Well done!!
