Twice in a row we ordered through website, both times order was wrong in some way (first time just wrong bread and had put hot peppers on wrong sandwich, second time they completely swapped the requested toppings on two sandwiches)

Best Subway in surrounding counties. After a workout at Fit Life, it’s a blessing to have this Subway around the corner for a post workout meal. The staff are friendly, awesome customer service and tasty food 🙂

Nonone in store but staff, toasting machine been out of order for nearly a month. Sorry I would be looking fir a replacement machine if it takes that long to repair it and it’s a part of the items I sell..just saying. And yes was told maybe this week it be fixed

Staff was not present in store. When entering the gentlemen did not greet me or acknowledge that i was there and when he was walking out, he said to wait for the other employee to help me. Then proced to not wrap or cut my wrap shown in photo for my online order. Worst thing about it, they were not even busy as the store was completely empty! Very upsetting

I was greeted by a man who said he was behind and he had to make an online order and he would get to me as soon as he was done. Then he continued to tell me how tired he was many, many times and tell me about his personal life causing him to be so tired. The woman in the back room came out and didn’t offer to help him and complained when he asked for help, but I didn’t blame her because he was extremely slow and didn’t care about being there. I have previous restaurant management experience and it took all I had not to say something to both of them. Please stop the madness and hire a staff that knows how to work with the public even if you have to pay more.
