This location was clean and well maintained. The service was not rude by any means, but kind of impersonal. They didn’t accept paper coupons but you can redeem them on the App or with the QRF scanner. I had a Subway Club on flat bread. The meat portions seemed a little skimpy but was otherwise a good Subway sandwich. There was a dine in option with seating for about 25 to 30 customers.

It’s insane that this place is open. A health inspector needs to get in there and shut this place down. The vegetables and meat in my sandwich smelled funny and were slimey. I only took a few bites but after an hour I was so sick and vomiting. Seriously if you get a chance to read this review listen to my warning and don’t get food here.

Should have read the reviews before coming here I guess it’s a common thing at this location to have poor customer service and stale food. I’ve come here on 2 different occasions and as someone who’s worked for subway before I can tell day old/2 day old bread. The bread was completely stale both times I’ve been here and I came at different times. Portion sizes are not correct and when you’re paying $10+ for a sandwich it should be fresh. All this to say I won’t be coming back and neither should you.

This is my 1st time visting this location and I felt so bad for the young man who was verbally attacked with nasty words from a customer who was upset because he couldn’t use a coupon How the ever, the young man did not respond to the insults and still provided the nasty customer excellent customer service. This location was clean, the food looked fresh and they have the double chocolate chip cookies so I definitely will be back A+

This is the most disgusting subway in hinesville. The customer service is the worst. No meat on the sandwich. They actually took meat off my sandwich and put it back. Rudest people ever. Nothing is fresh saw roaches and a rat. . Please do not eat here. The only reason I went there is because baldinos is closed. P.s don’t try to talk to the manager she is the rudest one of all. Soo unprofessional . She was yelling at me just for asking a question

There were two workers but only one making sandwiches. The other worker was stocking chips and on his phone. The customer in front of me had a payment issue and the other worker still did not help, he was just standing there on his phone. Finally got some service. As I was checking out new customers came in and he finally helped. I felt he didn’t really care to help me

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a subway. Asha sneezed while making our food. Then over charged us for drinks after we both asked for combos, gave us one drink and I had to pay for another. When we were getting our drinks we saw there were ants all over the tea dispenser, when mentioned to the staff it was met with dismissive attitude. Horrible experience. Oh. And the food that was heated up was cold.
