This franchise as well as the others around this area. You need to listen to customers. You change things on the menu without doing any kind of poll. Then you want us to pay more. What I’m talking about for 1 the Chicken ,bacon,ranch. The lady went to put this chewy shredded chicken on ibstated that was the wrong kind. The lady working stated that they changed it. Grilled chicken is the proper choice for these subs. And what kind of Subway don’t accept coupons. Just the ones around the Hinesville area I’ve been to.

The service is always friendly, professional, fast, and accurate. This location does not accept coupons, allow dine-in, or offer the Subway Club. A bit disappointing, but all the sandwhiches I have had here have been good.

They never have cookies, the lady who works there who’s been there the longest has the nastiest attitude. Everything is attitude when it comes to service in Hinesville. I’m never coming here again because it’s always the same thing. I live 6 minutes from here and every time I stop by to get cookies THEY NEVER HAVE THEM

The subway workers here deserve a raise. There’s no way they are paid enough to deal with the terrible s*** talking customers. There have been multiple times where I wanted to fight the people i was waiting in line next too because they have zero patience and respect for the employees at this location. Just today there were 2 different people trying to call management or video tape the only employee working behind the counter during peak dinner hours. What do people expect when they come to a food place during the busiest time??? There’s a very likely chance of there being a short line at any food place. I hope subway management comes in to work at this location to see what these employees have to go through everyday. Anybody complaining about the hard working employees here needs some compassion and a reality check about what the food service world is like. Please be kinder to the people making your food.
