Best Thai food I’ve had! Been going for 5 years now! It’s a mom and pop shop so it’s not fancy! Very family friendly vibe. Food is amazing. Great staff! Inside is cozy. Favorite dish is their pad Thai chicken medium! Haven’t heard one bad thing from them from family and friends that have tried it. Amazing experience, will always be back for more! If you have had a bad experience, go back and let them know! They are more than friendly and understanding!

Hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Michigan. This place has become truly special to my wife and I. We’ve been coming here for the past two years—usually twice a month, sometimes even once a week—and every visit reminds us why we love it so much.

The staff is unbelievably kind, the owners are genuinely wonderful people, and there’s a real sense of warmth the moment you walk in. They always remember our order, whether we call or come in person, and they consistently make our food exactly the way we like it.

One of the things that means the most to us is how they notice when we haven’t been in for a little while—it shows they truly care about their customers, not just the business.

Their kindness, consistency, and genuine connection with their guests make this place feel like more than just a restaurant. We appreciate them deeply… highly recommend!!!

Wow this place is a hidden gem! Shocked I’ve never seen it.So happy I found it got the soup and fresh rolls two veggie two with chicken. The sauce was amazing. What a sweet lady Lanna is:) will be back! Highly recommend

I am so disappointed I use to love this spot but as of today it has become one of the worst. The in house service was horrible, we had to ask for silverware multiple times. Food came with no plates and we had to ask for plates twice. After we asked for napkins 3 times, the girl brought us each 1 napkin that wasn’t even big enough to whip anything with. The quality of the food has depreciated dramatically. The sauces that were served with the apps were watered down. The taste of the food was off on every dish, even the vegetables in our food looked like they came from frozen. Mind you I have been eating from here for 10 years so this isn’t a one time visit. They legit are skimping on everything to cut corners for some reason and they just lost me as a customer. The ambience was bad too the place was dirty the walls had splashed food on them, the furniture was nasty… I actually felt disgusted eating there. I place I use to highly recommend, I am ashamed of even mentioning I even went there now.

Only eaten here 2 times before this – however 3rd times a charm I guess. They were pretty passive aggressive on the phone when I was speaking about how I needed a menu item to be” fish allergy proof”(mind you I’ve eaten here before and they were ok with substituting fish sauce in the drunken noodle) two different people spoke to me and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do it, when I explained that they’ve done it for me in the past she said “ok we will do it”…needless to say I’m regretful I continued my order looking past their lack of enthusiasm to make our food, I end up getting the food and eating – not only was the drunken noodle wreaking of fish, there was a black HAIR buried in between my dish, I kid you not – I am absolutely DISGUSTED. So difficult to overlook this and assume it was an accident considering the attitude given to me on the phone. That sums up the end of Lanna Thai for me.

Food is good not great, always friendly when you walk in, very dull inside to be honest. Sat down with some friends for lunch we all got different things, things flavor wise was great but each dish just had a handful of thin sliced bamboo shoots just tossed on top. would go back just very interesting

Lovely atmosphere and decorations. Very satisfied with the service and food. We are vegetarian and ordered a Gang Gai, C5 (curry dish) and Spicy Sriracha Noodles, ND4 (noodle dish), both had unique taste with great portion size. The curry had a sweet taste and came with a great portion of rice as well, and the noodles were savory. Overall I had a wonderful experience, and would come again.
