I ordered 3 sandwiches online for carry out. None of the sandwiches were toasted as ordered. 1 of the sandwiches was supposed to be ham and turkey with lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. When i got home I realized it was meat and bread only and thats it. I tried calling the store to try and remedy it but I couldn’t get an answer.

It’s nice to come into a restaurant and the person (s) behind the counter have an engaging personality, definitely enjoyed The interaction plus the sandwich was excellent as always. Great service and a great place to have a great lunch.

Never going here again. They last 2 times have been awful… We asked for light Mayo and I used 3 napkins to wipe off SO much Mayo. Supposed to be toasted and it’s not at all. The bread is tearing. Daughter asked for extra pickles and literally got 3 on her footlong. Maybe if you don’t use the order online and actually watch them make it it’ll be better. But we won’t be finding out. The young female that I spoke with as I was there had no personality or people skills. All around bad experience.

Been going here for a couple of years now. The people have always been kind, welcoming and friendly. After a few visits they to the most part remember regulars orders helping streamline ordering. Recommend trying the wraps whole easier to eat if you enjoy most of the toppings.

Today, I came into to get a couple subs. Bloomingdale is our go to Subway. We consider ourselves regulars there. But, today I met the owner of the store and we had a great conversation about the current issues plaguing the Subway app and the corporate response to frustrated customers. I have done everything possible to find a solution to my app issues. Not a word from corporate. However, with talking Mr. Lee and Ms. Jeanine I finally felt “heard” and our subs were just perfect! Yes, I’m the one who wants the subs cut straight across. Thanks to the crew who honor this non Corporate request. The store is clean and the bread is fresh!!!! Thank you for today Mr. Lee. Very much appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came here on December 29th at 7:34 p.m. Nicole and two other men were working. Nicole was the one who was making the sandwiches. She got an attitude with my mother when we asked for 5 subs (we have a family of five including myself and I’m pregnant!) She began rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing when we were trying to decide what we wanted. She began whispering to her coworker about us! Then they told us they couldn’t split the bill between me and my mother. Look I get it, you guys were busy and it’s night time, but you didn’t have to have an attitude with us! We are just people trying to have dinner!!!

I visited the Chinese restaurant not Subway. They are in the same place, Food was not prepared correctly the first. Second time was correct but order costs almost twice as much as before. it was just for one person and yet this cost $18. This was in Faulkville,GA.

I never have a problem with this location. everyone is always full of energy and the woman with the Blonde hair is awesome, I think she is the manager. you get what you pay for as far as food and it is probably the “freshest” location in the area…I literally pass two Subway restaurants just to get to this one. hands down the best on my route to and from work everyday.

This place is a worthless. Placed a online order waited 20 minutes after I arrived at the store. The manager Jen Cowart was rude when we arrived. I said that I have a online order her response was we working on it so we sat down and waited!! Then watched someone come in place after us and order and get it prepared and out the door. Before me. Staff is not trained well!! Save your money and go somewhere else These franchises are just about stealing your money!! I sincerely hope they go out of business
