My sandwich was not properly fixed. I ordered it through the app and it was not what I ordered. There was no lettuce no tomatoes one pickle no banana peppers. Also they didn’t even put enough meat on there. No cheese this is ridiculous. No oil no vinegar definitely not what I ordered. Every time I visit the Perry store out by 75, my order is done properly and always to perfection. I don’t know was working on night shift tonight but they need to be fired. Also they were not polite at all. Will never go to that subway again, definitely not worth my time or money.

I’d say the average rating on google maps is accurate. It’s overall mediocre. Subways could be fresher. The service could be friendlier. The atmosphere could be nicer

The subway is absolutely terrible. They charge you what they wanna charge you and doesn’t stick by menu pricing corporate should really investigate because it’s putting a bad name to Subway® with this place even being open.

Manager on duty refuses to change out food that was discussing and had turned brown I then ask for lettuce under the bottom that were green then she the one in charge. decided to tell the server who was making my sandwich not to serve me let me go only because I wouldn’t allow her to put lettuce that had turned brown on my sandwich you can hurt people with spoiled or rotten foods and the ones who want to serve people in those conditions should not be allowed to work in food service no where being nasty you can food poisoning people like that

Hi I am a driver I came in to deliver an order I called before I came to make sure they were open it was 9:11 PM at night she informed me that the tuna had already been picked up I said no ma’am this is a philly cheesecake I’ll see in a moment I get there she’s immediately rude Refuses to make the sandwich I have to call grubhub go back in and then she refuses to talk to him and then some poor guy there steps up and takes what she should have done and fixes it but she was really rude I felt like I was gonna be assaulted trying to do my job because she can’t do hers I also have video I would like to submit please contact me thank you this happened in Fort Valley Georgia. This was very unprofessional grubhub was also on the phone and heard her acting like this I would not be picking up from this restaurant until something is done about her thank you

This location is always skimp on ingredients, the bread over cooked and chewy. Literally the worst subway that I have been to ever. I called and asked to speak to a manager after opening up my sandwich and see it so bare with missing ingredients. When I asked for a manager I was told they had just left for the day, and they are low on supplies. I get that is not the fault of the workers, but why are customers having to pay for empty sandwiches due to supply??

I placed a mobile order and after placing the order I realized my car wouldn’t start. I called them several times that day and the next to let someone know what happened. No on ever answered the phone and according to the manager she was there all day so I’m confused on why no one was able to answer the phone but to the point I went in today to let them know cus I just was able to get up there to talk to them in person since no on answers the phone there and I spoke w the manager and she was not helpful at all. She said it had nothing to do with her and she couldn’t help me. And come to find out they have my food away to someone else. They would not refund me nor replace the food they mistakenly gave away. Fort Valley subway hasn’t ever really been that great it I was more disappointed today than I have ever been. Pls do expect good customer service cus you will not receive it.

The experience is good unless you get the white boy named Dylan. He’s very off putting and cannot handle simple tasks on his own. He has been there for months and still sucks at his job, needs to be replaced asap. Waited for 20 minutes today after placing an online order because he couldn’t figure out how to charge me extra for a different type of cheese, even after calling his manager. I’ve never seen someone make such ado about cheese, especially given there was a line. Will have to go back in the morning so manager can do a refund, if they “remember”.
