We love going. They are always friendly and make great sandwiches. The toaster has been broken for a while but I don’t blame them, I blame the higher ups for being too cheap to replace it. Will definitely go back again in the future.

The experience is good unless you get the white boy named Dylan. He’s very off putting and cannot handle simple tasks on his own. He has been there for months and still sucks at his job, needs to be replaced asap. Waited for 20 minutes today after placing an online order because he couldn’t figure out how to charge me extra for a different type of cheese, even after calling his manager. I’ve never seen someone make such ado about cheese, especially given there was a line. Will have to go back in the morning so manager can do a refund, if they “remember”.

Hi I am a driver I came in to deliver an order I called before I came to make sure they were open it was 9:11 PM at night she informed me that the tuna had already been picked up I said no ma’am this is a philly cheesecake I’ll see in a moment I get there she’s immediately rude Refuses to make the sandwich I have to call grubhub go back in and then she refuses to talk to him and then some poor guy there steps up and takes what she should have done and fixes it but she was really rude I felt like I was gonna be assaulted trying to do my job because she can’t do hers I also have video I would like to submit please contact me thank you this happened in Fort Valley Georgia. This was very unprofessional grubhub was also on the phone and heard her acting like this I would not be picking up from this restaurant until something is done about her thank you

I enjoyed ordering take out from here, but I’ve noticed that every time I order threw the app the bread is never toasted, it happens too often for it just to be a one time mistake. I always make sure I put toasted on the app too so I know it’s not my fault on my end.

The two women in this establishment are very rude. I asked if they where hiring for my teenage son and the manager told me she does not hire teenagers at all. I know that is discrimination. I gave her a $50 she told me that they don’t take them even though the sign doesn’t say that. The manager was taking another woman order and was very dismissive with her.

Updating my rating for the Fort Valley Subway. I think they are really trying to get better. Not sure what is going on there with the revolving door of employees. I have had a good experience the last few times I have gone. Decent customer service and nice people. Sometimes they don’t have some of the toppings but I think this is happening everywhere.

I placed my order with the app. When I arrived I was asked if I came to get my order. That’s when they started working on my order. I waited for 30 minutes, while the young lady fixed order. The other young lady had finished two orders and almost done with a third before I got my food. What’s the purpose of using the app if you still have to wait? If my service was that slow and I had not already paid, I most definitely would have left.

If I could give the experience I had today a negative score then I would. There was a young lady who came out the back looking like she was mad. She asked me what I wanted I said a foot long cold cut on white bread. She asked me again I told her. Then she left to go to the back and came back asked me again. I told her the same. She cut the bread and place the cheese on the bread and toasted it. When she got it out I told her that there is no meat on it. She gets mad and start smacking her lips. Tried to put the meat on already toasted bread. So I was like I didn’t want that. Then she say someone else will buy it. She was very rude. No one wants anyone with an attitude to be on over the food. The young man who was working with her was nice. I need someone from corporate to reach out.

Woman working has a terrible attitude and service. The sandwich line was not up until 12pm store hours are 9am-10pm. I had an online order and noticed it wasn’t in the pickup area so I waited about 15 min because the line was long and I was tryna be patient considering the situation even though the app said my order was ready. I arrived at 12:02pm. She got upset because I inquired about my online order that was placed at 11:42am and still wasn’t ready at 12:20pm so I asked her to cancel the part of the order that wasn’t ready. She got upset because her line was long and cancelled the whole order. This is the second time I’ve had this experience with this specific location but luckily this time I was able to get my money back.
