Customer service failure!!! Ordered online. Added avocado to my sandwich. When the delivery company I used delivered food no avocado on my sandwich. I was charged for item. Store personal said I would have to come to store to get avocado or talk to manager in the morning. Unacceptable!!! Made an online order, showed up at time they scheduled and food was not ready. I had to wait 10 more mins. So from the time I placed my order till I received my food, 45 mins had passed. I was not even offered a free cookie or drink or anything. I got a non-emotional, almost robotic “sorry about that”, as I walked out the door.

This place was absolutely outstanding. The service and the food were over the top. I would like to share a story if I can. It started back in the 1st grade. I was sitting in class one day and my teacher looks me straight in the eyes and asks “What are you doing with your life?” That question hit me hard. As I sat there, everyone in the classroom with their eyes on me. I stood up with a feeling of courage and looked my teacher straight in the eyes and said “I am a human being” and sat down. That moment changed my life forever. I had a moment of I can do this. I know that moment in my life led me up to walking into this Subway at this very moment in space and time. The world is a very harsh place but when I come into Subway, I feel safe. I feel what I felt back in that classroom. I owe my life to this place and will never look back.
