Food was okay,how ever the customer service isn’t the greatest,I came in the other night and I walked in on what I assumed the manager (older white lady) making fun of a customer and just being rude and rushing me to take my order,my food ended up getting cold while she prepared another persons order despite mine being toasted. I definitely feel like this location could be doing better with their customers service. I probably won’t be coming here again because of the lack of kindness twords customers.

I had a phenomenal experience visiting this Subway! Diamond greeted me at the door and actually small talked with me. She listened to my order and actually cared about the presentation of the sub . Diamond was the epitome of customer service as well as quality ! Thank you so much and I will definitely come back and visit this Subway

I used to come to this Subway all the time for salads, but I’m done. The employees now refuse to cut up the tomatoes and cucumbers — something they’ve always done before. When I asked why, they said, “It’s not required.” That’s lazy, unprofessional, and flat-out ridiculous. Clearly management or ownership made this call, and it proves they don’t care about customers anymore. Cutting a couple of vegetables takes seconds, but they’d rather lose loyal customers than bother. I’ll be making sure all my hospital coworkers and nursing school peers know to stay far away from this place. You’ve officially lost a lot more than just one customer.

I ordered food via UberEATS.
One would think that when one orders a VEGGIE sandwich, that the person working at the restaurant would think to themselves: “Maybe I should actually put some veggies on it.” But no. Whomever was working on 07/22/2024 at 630pm apparently lacks the intellect or f^cks to actually do their job. The sandwich they sent out the door was pathetic. (See the pictures.)

I walked in and and the only dude up front says “she making me clock out someone will be with you in a minute” as he proceeds to make his own sandwich ? No how are you, no greeting or nothing. After purchasing my order, I asked my clerk for my meal because she was working on the next group of customers. To this she told me that she was almost done with them. I informed her that it was a separate order entirely that she was working on and I asked if I could please get my meal since I had already paid for it. Apparently she wasn’t hearing that. Every soda in the machine was completely flat. I tried to tell the white lady which I guess is the manager that and she gone tell me it wasn’t and I sat there and tried all the damn sodas. I asked Could I get a bottle and was told no. I end up having to get a tea i didn’t want and that was even giving out. I had to go pay extra at another store. I will not be visiting them again
