They sent our order. Nobody knocked on the door or we didn’t hear it. Dogs didn’t even bark and we missed the call. Tried to call back but the number was not answered. Called the store they sent the order back out promptly. You still got our food hot and delicious. Thank you guys!

I wish I knew the guys name that helped me. It was Saturday January 17th around 9:00pm. He was very nice. I stopped in to get several pizzas because my daughter just opened a wine bar and everyone was starving. He knew how quickly I needed them. He talked to me the whole time I was waiting. A couple of the delivery guys stopped in and was also very nice. One of them even carried the pizzas out to my car for me.

I ordered a thin crust Spinach and feta pizza with creamy garlic sauce & an order of the spicy pineapple and jalapeno chicken. I received a hand tossed pepperoni, canadian bacon and sausage pizza with red sauce and an order of burnt cheesy bread. I called the store to report the wrong order and was told by the person that answered the call that they were having “extreme technical difficulties” and that they could do a reorder but they could not guarantee when I would possibly get it. No solution beyond that was presented by the individual that answered the phone who quite honestly sounded as though they were asleep. I have ordered from this location for many years without issue and can understand that mistakes happen, unfortunately this was a fail in customer retention and with so many other options available in this area for pizza, a failure to even attempt to correct a mistake like this sends a message to the consumer to take your business elsewhere. So, Domino’s, message received- I will take my money elsewhere.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE. Ordered was placed at 9:05. Received order at 10:40. Called multiple times, never answered. When delivered, Tiffany put the pizza on the floor outside the door, and she had to run to get out of the building before I opened the door. I opened the door immediately. Not even 5 seconds after they knocked on the door, and I never saw her. I ordered a large, and it came half in 1 medium box and the other half in another medium box. This was horrible service, and I don’t trust eating food that was left on the floor and not the way it should have been.

So I ordered a custom pasta from you today 1/3/25, I ordered is with Alfredo sauce, mushrooms, and chicken. There was almost NO sauce on it. I constantly try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m so disappointed, and quite frankly tired of getting ripped off. This isn’t the first time this has happened.

Totally reinvented their pizza. The Philly Steak pan pizza is highly recommended. The dough is tasty with lots of steak and mushrooms. Together with their signature ranch sauce, this pan pizza is really good Thepasta with marinara sauce and sausage is also delicious with plenty of sauce and cheese. The cinnamon roll and garlic bread are good. Prices are affordable. Staff are very friendly.

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I just had delivery of this place and both pizzas were screwed up. Deluxe with tomatoes added came as a plain cheese pizza with tomatoes. Vile. The other pizza didn’t have ham on it. Boxes didn’t come with labels on them because that would clearly document the boxes had INCORRECT pizzas in them. No accountability. They also never marked this order delivered because keeping it in “quality check” doesn’t allow me to complain through the app because the app tells you you must wait until it’s delivered to complain or call the store directly. Look. This store does NOT HAVE A NORMAL BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER. The number you get in you order confirmation email seems like a personal cell phone number and goes to a generic voicemail. No normal dominos recording whatsoever. Who am I calling???? Corporate has been contacted. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered online and had to call in to make sure they even got the order because the app wasn’t updating at all. We did the carry out option and after we got home the pepperoni cheese bread was half burnt and on my 8 piece boneless wings 3 of the pieces were so small I’m not sure how they could consider them pieces.

Quality has vanished the last few months. This was my pan pizza (which costs extra) this most recent visit, it’s laughable that someone made this and thought this was acceptable. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location anymore.
