The food is decent but the employees are seem like they would rather be somewhere else and everyone seems to always have an attitude. Service is ALWAYS slow no matter how many people are working. I placed a pickup order on 8/17 to be picked up by 640 and when I got there it wasn’t ready and I had to stand and wait. The girl making my sandwiches clearly didn’t read the ticket because she was going to toast a sub that wasn’t supposed to be toasted I had to stop her and when she was finished she handed them to me with no apology, no thank you, nothing but an attitude. I would rather drive to Peach Orchard rd than do business at this one.

Stopped here for a sandwich on two different occasions. First time there was limited people there, so they were waiting on one customer and completely getting the sandwich transaction completed before serving another. I didnt really mind that because they were doing the best they could with the situation. Both times the employees were fast and made the sandwich very well. The reason I gave the star review i did was because they didn’t use the subway stickers to secure the wrap around the sandwich. I took it to work, so having the paper stay tight would have been desired. The other very odd item was the bag they put it in. It was dollar stor bags that you would find at the flee market. No subway bags to be found. With both of these bot being used, it looks like a.cost cutting measure for the stare not to be using branded items. I hope they were just out and going to used the correct baga.and please start putting a sticker on the bag to secure the sandwich inside. Thanks.

Ordered online, 2 days ago, I originally was ordering from one on Windsor Spring Road but they don’t use the deals. Prices were ALMOST $1 more per foot long on 56. BUT my order was CORRECT on all 3 subs!! I was shocked they had ONE person working!! Doing it ALL ALONE!! Still she got it done fast, correct and was STILL friendly. I wish I gotten her name, I do know she had purple hair… point is she deserves to b recognized and she definitely deserves a raise!!
