The manager has fired or forced to quit all good employees now only he is working he was the worst employee he never changes gloves even after operating register he also uses nasty rags to wipe work station and holding said rag while making sandwich every time I go in the lights are off like they’re not open when I went in last night I politely asked 1 question and he cussed at me my question was are you changing closing hour to 7 because he was emptying register and he’s been changing hours and not turning lights on they’re food is not good enough to put up with that disrespect I’m done with subway they reward sorryness and disrespectful with management positions and raises you should worry because that is the norm and then you can’t make a verbal complaint they make it so hard to do that so people will give up and they don’t have to be held accountable they might as well have Jared back

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 foot longs from the app, and had an odd feeling so I called the store. To my surprise I got no answer so I called the circle k just to be told rudely that they are closed. At 7pm. When the website says 9pm. I don’t believe that the trashy and rude “manager” didn’t receive our order. I believe that they simply didn’t want to work and decided to close down early even though we had already paid for our food. Now we have to fight to get a refund just because somebody wants to be lazy. Going forward I’ll just make the trip to Cornelia instead of Clarkesville from toccoa.

I placed an online order tonight! Didn’t use the bread I marked! Charged me for double meat and cheese…. But definitely did not get it! I can’t get them on the phone to fix anything! Will not be back

We placed an online order and we noticed it wouldn’t let us pick the type of bread we wanted so right after placing the order we thought we would call and let them know what kind of bread we would prefer if they had it available. Well the woman (Kim) who answered the phone was VERY rude. Said she was too busy to deal with us and that we’re lucky that she even picked up the phone and then proceeded to hang up on us. It’s not the first time the workers have been rude. We use to love this location but lately it’s gone downhill and the staff definitely needs some proper training or something.

I showed up at 9:50 to get a sub and the lady was making herself some sandwiches to take home and was rude to me saying the register If closed down. I told her that’s not fair I showed up in time to get a sandwich made and she was rude about it. She’s just being lazy and mad I called her out about it. The store closes at 10 and people should be served up until 10. I’m sure corporate would agree. Quit being lazy I know you want to go home but you still have to serve your customers first.

Every time I go here to get a sandwich the person preparing the sandwich is extremely rude and unfriendly! It is very clear that he hates the fact that he has to come into the store from his cigarette break outside and prepare a sandwich! The young gentlemen that was fixing my food was very rude. He never took his earbuds out of his ears. As he was asking my order he was hateful and not friendly at all. When I asked about what meats were supposed to be on the sub I was ordering he got defensive. Rightfully so bc he had only put one piece of ham on my footlong club. He then threw the meat that was already on my bread back into the cooler and refused to serve me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Will be calling corporate. Several people behind me decided to leave after he acted the way he did. I hope they do something about him soon bc if not he will continue to run off customers.
