I ordered thru the spp 4 sandwiches. When i arrived they werent resdy and they didn’t have chicken or mestbslls.Tbey began making the sandwich when i asked for them. I sat down to wait because there was a line snd when i got home they didnt have any of the things i asked for (mayo,mustard,banana peppers, tomatoes). I had to add my ingredientes from home. Also they put ranch dressing which i had mot ordered. Awful service.

Ate lunch today here, I live in Kennesaw and normally go to the one up there but since I was down here I went to this location, it is the cleanest subway I think I’ve ever seen and the customer service was amazing Roxane was the sweetest person and she stuffed my sandwich perfectly! She has great patience because she was the only worker with 8 customers and she made me the best sandwich I have had in my 22 years of living! She toasted it perfectly and filled it with as many toppings as I needed! If you go here ask for an ultimate BMT on Italian herb and cheese bread toasted, with pickles lettuce salt pepper and vinegar. That is her specialty! Thank you Roxane for the best sub in my life long subway eating experience!

I have lived in Jonesboro all my life and had never come to this location. I’ve also tried subways across the country and the service I received at this location was the best, all due to Roxane. My Italian BMT (now ultimate BMT) tasted like it was straight from the sandwhich gods, I almost cried while eating it because how good it was.

Very slow , place is dirty and I waited 20 min just for them to tell me they are out of Wraps so I say I waited all this time and you a are out of wraps ! She smartly said we didn’t know you were going to order a wrap! Ok they is true but an announcement or a note stating you all were out before people wait in line would be ideal! I just left ! It’s already hard to get to the place !!! I’m just annoyed horrible customer service!!!!!!!!

This the second time I’ve been to this location with my bread still being raw in the middle the lettuce being brown the tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers being frozen. I’ve called the manager to complain about it but who ever picked the phone up said “we don’t have a manager” and hung up never coming back to this location

Shocked to walk in and see old and spoiled lettuce, spinach bins. Many of the vegetables topping bins had freezer burn. I could not believe this was being sold to the public. FOOD IS NOT FRESH HERE.

Second time going there. Place was pretty clean even tho they are remodeling. But the chicks that were making the sandwiches were moving hella slow and really didn’t have a system. Usually one person puts the meat & cheese on the bread & passes it down to the next person to do the rest, that wasn’t their system, they were flip flopping positions, lol. But it’s cool, I’ll still go back.
