I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the staff. I placed the order online, and the order went through smoothly, indicating it was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the store, I was informed that they had run out of items and the order was not even prepared. To make it worse is the staff adamantly refusing to provide a refund for the unavailable items. I had to endure a lengthy wait of about 15-20 minutes, during which I had to explain the situation repeatedly until the store manager finally intervened to process the refund. It is concerning that your staff lacks the necessary training to handle such a simple situation, prompting a need for you to reevaluate your onboarding process.

We had a negative encounter with the staff when we placed an online order and it was initially accepted. However, upon arriving for pickup, they informed us that the item was out of stock and didn’t provide any refund options. After a lengthy discussion with the staff, we were finally able to involve a supervisor who agreed to cancel the order. The entire experience left us extremely disappointed.

I cant believe this place is still open. I ordered an avocado sandwich and the staff didn’t tell me there was no avocado until after my sandwhich was finished. Then i ordered a meal with a drink and two cookies like the sign says behind the counter “two cookies or chips and a drink for $2.50” i got two sandwiches so two meals. I was charged 4 dollars for each drink and 1 dollar a cookie so a total of $12 for the “meals” (they are not meals they charged me for each item separate) plus my sandwiches. The staff had nothing to say but “it is a lie sorry, you can talk to Frank the owner if you want” IT’S NOT OK!

This place is trash spending $11 on the sandwich just to have 5 slices of meat I would never go to this d*** Subway ever again and I don’t recommend nobody to go to the Subway. Just for the lack of great customer service that they did not have.

The store is clean but the staff is terrible. They don’t greet you at all. They ignore you until they are ready after moving as slow as possible. They didn’t even cut our sandwiches. We had 5 people and got 2 napkins.

This was one of the best Subways I have been too. The staff was extra friendly to me and to my kids. We ordered a lot of food. The staff was great and helped me through it all. Very friendly and always asking about the kids and if things are going well. I visit this location once a week and never have a problem. If you are in the area make an effort to visit this Subway. You will not be disappointed! Try the cheese pizza extra cheese. The kids love it. I always get spicy Italian double meat. Half now and half for the next days lunch.

Would zero stars if possible….Just ordered for the family. Received notice that order was ready. My sons had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes after arriving to pick up. Part of this was due to one employee stating they were out of the Sweet Onion Teriyaki ingredients. Another employee went to the back and there were the needed ingredients. When my sons arrived home 5 out of the 6 footlongs were incorrect….missing mayo, mustard, sweet onion teriyaki sauce, toppings, etc. as well as the wrong untoasted bread. Sons stated the guy making the sandwiches had after having to locate the items for 3 of the sandwiches. This is the second time that we have had this happen. This is unacceptable.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway it’s this location. The one staff who had to run the whole place did his best ,but the veggies were withered, and not fresh. When I got ready to open my sandwich I noticed it was hard as a rock ,we couldn’t eat the food we were very upset

Was in a rush and saw this location within Walmart. After choosing my sandwich and bread choice was disappointed to learn they were out of tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers. The lettuce looked awful. I went ahead and bought the sandwich, just meat and condiments because I was in a hurry., Insult to injury the owner made no apologies and then I learned he had no napkins or sweet or unsweet tea. The Walmart grocery area was next to his location. He couldn’t purchase a few of these items which you expect a sandwich shop to have? If he’s pinching pennies up front what is happening in the back? Will never buy here again!
