Before you place an order online, make sure you call the store to be sure you call to verify that they’re open. Their posted hours are incorrect and the owner seems uninterested in correcting the issue.

Took forever to find out half the ingredients in the boxes of vegetables are rotting, out of tomatoes and several other things. Couldn’t even build the sandwich the way I wanted it. Should have atleast discounted it or I should have walked out. I’ll never be back guaranteed!

Went in there for lunch. I told the lady that there would be 2 protein bowls and a sub. She made my two protein bowls, then I proceeded to tell her now for my sub, well 4 customers had walked in and she told me I needed to wait for their sandwiches to be made before she could make mine. I was there and it took 35 mins from the time I walked in until the time I walked out without my sandwich because I was not going to wait for them to help 4 people that walked in after me. So I am highly aggravated because I should not have had to wait!! I had to give one star. I wouldn’t have gave them any plus their attitudes while making the protein bowls was like I was bothering them.

It’s an older black lady that works at this location and everytime I come she has an attitude and never wears a hair net. I wanted to ask for someone else to make my sandwhich but unfortunately she was the only one available. She also doesn’t make sandwiches correctly. I don’t know if she needs better training or what. But it’s unacceptable.
