To be honest, I have been going to the subway at least once a week for the last year. I would definitely consider myself a regular.
Every time I go in, I am either greeted by Marquis or De’onna with a smile and a hello. They are so friendly they remember my name and my order.
I work in an area that has lots of restaurants. I have lots of places to choose from, but I keep going back here because they are extremely friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait long for my food. The food is always fresh and hot and to be honest, I would be friends with De’onna and Marquis outside of a work environment.
I have visited this location at least 100 times and I have been satisfied every single time. I can’t even say that about Chick-fil-A who is known for their customer service.
Subway corporate should definitely recognize and appreciate and understand that the subway is ran in operated to the highest caliber possible! Thank you for all the great meals and chats!

I don’t often post reviews but have to say this Subway location is very well run. An employee named Marquise worked alone with a line of customers – some w multiple orders like mine. He was so pleasant, efficient while not only making subs, filling topping refills, baking more sub buns in the oven- all with no hesitation or pause, using every second efficiently. And with great precision and pride in doing a good job. I am always impressed w good customer service- have noticed this on other visits but felt compelled to let others know!!

I don’t go to subway all that often, but this is the one to go to when I want a sub. Marquis always helps me and he has exceptional customer service! He always greats customers with a smile, and he really takes the time to make a great sandwich. I’ve even seen him pick off the stem bits off of the banana peppers before he puts them on the sandwich. It’s such a simple little detail, but that’s the kind of thing that really makes something go from good to great! Shout out Marquis!

This location is nearest to our recent rental property. We visited personally and ordered sandwiches twice from this location and both times we experienced the worst degraded subway quality products. Quality standards in terms of freshness and taste is incomparable with other subway locations we have tired all around the north American so far. Very slow service! Both times we literally ended up waiting prolonged period never experienced at other locations. No offense to individuals working there but I am sorry, we are not returning back to this location!!

Hands down the best subway in smyrna. The owners here truly understand how to serve customers and make sure everyone feels attended to. My wife and I come here exclusively as they take coupons, pack the sandwiches high with toppings, and always deliver an amazing experience.

This is hands down the best Subway in this area. I have been eating at this location for several years and have never had a bad experience. The young man and woman who work here take their time making my sandwich with care, always building the perfect sub for me. Also, the two employees mentioned above have always been professional and kind. Great Job!!!! These two need a raise as well as the person that hired them.
