I had an issue with the Subway app that resulted in my order never being fulfilled but I was still charged for it. I had reached out to Subway customer support through the virtual support form. I never heard back after multiple attempts to seek resolution to this issue. As a last attempt before having to go to my bank to dispute the charge, I stopped by and spoke with the manager, Kia.

As a lyft driver I am on the road for long periods of time and being able to use the restroom and get food is important. They only had wheat bread and I tried to use the bathroom and it was locked, when I asked about it, a young black male told me it was closed. This same man allowed a Amazon driver to park and block the exit of the parking lot. I find this unacceptable.

Rude staff. Messy prep. I had my whole sandwich made and ready and was trying to use a brand new gift card and the lady insisted it “was invalid”. I was showing her the $25 balance in the app. She refused to accept it. I then said “well nevermind then” and she said “so you’re just not gonna get it?” And I laughed and she just stared at me like I’d ruined her day as I walked out. Zero customer service. I know for a FACT she was doing something in the register. I have used the app at every other subway and never had this issue. Wont be returning.

It’s a Subway, so expect the same food. What separates this Subway from others is the astonishingly rude owner. Don’t expect to order your sandwich any time soon when she’s behind the counter – you’ll be waiting until she feels like it.

The same older Caucasian woman has been there for years, and it always amazes me how she finds a reason to rudely bark at customers to make them wait around for no reason. At every other Subway I’ve been to, if there’s no one else in the line, you’ll be in and out in about 5 minutes. At this location, she always has some kind of excuse to make you wait, even when you’re the only one in the line.

I came to this location I walked in and by accident forgot my mask in my car I actually was going back to grab it but this guy took it so personal that talked to my on a way that I felt assaulted and threatened by the way he ask me to put a mask on when even him was not wearing it. So sad that ppl have no idea what the Main reason to wear a mask !

Used to be one of the busiest locations. Packed for lunch! Now the parking lot stays empty. Used to go to this location n 2-3 times a week. Now I avoid it as much as possible. Lady running the place into the ground. They no longer answer phone calls either, so much for party subs or catering. Serving bread from the day before. Walk in and she is sitting in the dining room on her phone. One day I could actually hear the amount in her bank account as she was on her cell in the dining room. Was that the plan? Drive all the local regular customers away so you could just get a paycheck and not have to do any work? Just play on your phone all day? If so, the plan worked brilliantly as the parking lot stays empty now morning, day, and night. I don’t really understand how the owner doesn’t even care knowing the amount of business they used to have. If you wanted this location closed, just keep doing what you’re doing and letting that terrible woman destroy it. I’m guessing the whole Lockheed crew goes to the Concord Rd location now. Shame on this location that apparently never needed locals or regulars. This is another local who won’t be back.
