It was my first time visiting this subway branch. I must say that my experience was a good one. The young men who made my sandwich were courteous and professional. I did not like that I could not see the meat options. It was the first subway that I’ve been in where the meat section was hidden. I had to look over the counter to see what they were putting on the sandwich since it was hidden and how much. When I request extra anything they added it with smiles. The overall service was great and the sandwich was great. I had a foot long grilled chicken with bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeño, and honey mustard sauce. They were all fresh. I would go back to this location. I only took off one star because of the hidden section.
A week later I returned to get another sandwich and the service was not great.
I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me that they didn’t have the grilled chicken that I wanted. Also, there were two persons there, but one person was working on an online order and she was taking up all the space so the other person couldn’t really maneuver around her. I also noticed that she was using the same gloves to make more than three sandwiches. So she was touching everything with the same gloves which I thought wasn’t right because when we are there in person, they don’t do that. They changed out their gloves. Also they left the door to the bread open for so long that I had to tell them to close it. The gentleman who was there was nice. I had been served him at my last visit, but I just think the overall service was just not great. I ended up not getting a sandwich and leaving disappointed.

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received. I called yesterday because my sandwich was made incorrectly, and I was told to come back to get it fixed. By the time I got there, the store was already closed. I returned the next day, and instead of resolving the issue, the employee told me I’d have to wait for the person from the previous shift to come in.
As a new mom with a newborn, I don’t have the flexibility to just keep coming back and waiting for the right person to be on shift. That’s incredibly inconvenient, and honestly, unacceptable. Any staff member should’ve been able to correct the mistake, or at the very least, I should have received a call or some communication to resolve it properly.
To make matters worse, I hadn’t even eaten the sandwich because I was told to bring the whole thing back. So now I’m still waiting for a resolution, with no food, and no accountability on their part.
Inconsiderate, frustrating, and just really poor customer service. Subway needs to do better
UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with the owner who was very helpful. Made a call to the store to fix the issue. Came back to the store and the issue was fixed.

I ordered online the only thing that went well was my order was ready when they said it would.
My order called for lettuce, tomato oil, vinegar and mayo and I got zero.
The meat and cheese was so thin you could probably read a newspaper through them.
So I had a foot long bread. I have gone to subways in plenty of locations and this was the worst.
This shouldn’t happen.
My wife’s was just as bad.

The customer service at this location is absolute garbage. I went to get a sandwich today on my lunch. When I walked in the door, I was not greeted, typically I don’t mind, but it just added to the overall experience today. The lady behind the counter, proceeded to aggressively say “picking up an online order?” to which I informed her that I was not. She then came over and took my order by saying “okay”, not “what would you like?” Or “what can I get started for you?”. When it was time to pay, I told her I needed to scan my app for the $7.99 foot long deal. She told me “no phone not working”. I asked to put my phone number in, to which she said I could. She then told me the same total. I informed her again, no, I have a reward deal for $7.99 foot long. She kept telling me it wasn’t working. She turned the register to show me and I looked myself and told her to click on the flashing “mvp rewards” button. She told me the did and it still wasn’t working. She then turned the register again and tried to “show me” it wasn’t working. She was simply ignoring the available rewards and not selecting the one I told her I wanted to use, instead she was just hitting “done”. It cut my total nearly in half. I am not sure if this is a lack of training, or a plea to try and make more money by saying the coupons aren’t working. It should not be due to a lack of training considering I was able to figure it out myself in the mere maximum 2 minutes I saw the screen when she turned it. Save yourself the hassle and go to Firehouse, Jersey Mike’s or Jimmy John’s if you can get the same thing you are looking for. I have never had a great experience here, but none bad enough to encourage me to write a review until today.

$12 for a 6 inch Philly sub wth chips n drink!! The fresh veggies weren’t fresh, tomatoes were gross. The toasted bread was chewy, not like fresh bread toasted should be.

I went into the men’s room to wash my hands. It was filthy, and there were no paper towels. My guess, that is also a reflection on their food. I hope not.
I told the lady at the counter the state of the mens room, there were two workers there, she just raised her arms mumbling she doesn’t do that.
It is disgusting to have employees like that.

Sandwiches were made to order and correctly. fresh food at a reasonable price. Food choice includes pizza, sandwiches *hot or cold, wraps , cookies, and soon will serve churro and pretzel. Pizza prices lowest compare any other place. Customer service was great. The store is well maintained and clean. Enough parking space. I would highly recommend this location.

Came in pregnant and hungry with coupons. Asked The lady making sandwiches if she expected the coupons because some locations don’t accept them at all. She said she only excepted certain coupons said okay. Was told I can only use the coupon with the sandwich and on the coupon it tells you what you can’t get but when I went to go order my sandwich, she told me that I couldn’t get a sandwich that was valid on the coupon. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here.

Wow they really need to do something about this location. When I walked in there was only two employees there and one was on break and the other one behind the counter couldn’t speak English well enough to answer any questions. I went to the trouble of downloading the app but neither one of them could tell me anything about the specials I’ve been hearing through the app and neither one of them could tell me how to customize a sub on the app so I can order. I got absolutely zero help so I’m leaving and taking my business elsewhere. I will avoid this location
