Would give a zero or negative if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. From your order isn’t right to no customer service. Even if your order isn’t correct they will try to argue with you even though your receipt says otherwise. You have to get an attitude just to get decent service. Do not do online orders. If you want it right you need to go in there. Shut this place down. #GoodRiddance

Went to the store this morning because I couldn’t order online. It was 8:30 and both online and the store said it opened at 8 yet the door was locked. Some employee with a lazy eye gave me an awful attitude throwing her hands up at me when I was standing by the door and said the sign said it opens at 8. She said “that’s what the sign says!” so I told her it was poor business and her attitude was awful and she said something else through the glass but I couldn’t understand it. Terrible way to run a business when the door says “locally owned and operated”. For all I know she was the owner and if she was I hope she reads this. Not that it would make a difference with an attitude like that. Wake up earlier or pay your employees better so you don’t get 1 star reviews and poor word of mouth. Can’t complain about the sandwiches as they’ve always been good here.

The food was ok. They open at nine but seemed like at ten they were just really getting ready to serve. One employee at the front and the other one seemed to ha e been coming back from an Uber eats run. Staff was not actually friendly but they were not rude. We said thank you so many times and did not get a your welcome in return at any point. As if manners were off of their job description. And the gentleman who works the condiments…. He gives almost half a bottle on one sub. It was crazy Mayo everywhere! Tuna was extra Mayo as well!! The establishment was rather clean so that wasn’t an issue. If the staff could actually be more human and personable it would be better. $42 for a family of four and that included one kids meal and extra cheese on one sub. Not really what we want to spend at an average sub place like subway. Will only go back if we are in a pinch.

Terrible customer service. Arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday and they were “closed” and refused to serve my family after we had been on the road traveling for hours. The hours of operation should’ve been until 10pm so unsure why the doors were locked with the employees inside doing nothing.

I ordered on the app because the restaurant said it was opened and my order was accepted. I got to the restaurant and the door was locked with the lights off. The app then said I picked up my food and took my money. I have been calling the store constantly ever since. Today someone answered and said I had an attitude because I wanted my money back and proceeded to not give me my money back and hang up the phone. She was so rude and tried to blame me for not getting my money back. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE. They are running a scam.

Went in for a couple of subs and they wouldn’t honor the national coupons. This business obviously doesn’t understand that business builders are just that. They turned it into a business killer. Won’t be back, if want a good sub go to Jersey Mikes !!

This location has a staff with terrible communication skills. They seem like they hate eachother. They continued to talk over eachother to me. I found myself trying to order a sub, tell another that one should be toasted, and then even another what toppings. It was very chaotic, with no system. ‍♂️ probably ideal if youre just grabbing something for yourself.
