Ordered a sandwich in the drive though. Card reader at the order sign is broken so I pull it to the window where the guy tells me the total and I hand him my card. He says “you gonna tip or nah”. This tipping stuff is getting ridiculous but whatever. I tell him yeah $3 in hopes there are no “special ingredients” added for not doing so and that my sandwich would be made properly. Get home and nothing I added was on it. Not one fn vegetable, just meat, and it was slathered in the one thing I removed. Guess $3 was offensive to them or something. I have a hard time believing you screw up that bad on accident.

Service is usually pretty good. However, tonight we had to return to the store because one of the 5 sandwiches ordered was completely wrong. Upon arriving to the store to correct the issue, we overheard one employee tell another employee “they will figure it out” when being questioned why they were moving a slice of cheese from one sandwich to another. Big red flag.

Just a forewarning you won’t be “eating fresh” if you order off the app. 1 sub had a questionable transparent “sauce” on it instead of mayo. Went straight into the trash. Bread was old & rock hard. I won’t be returning.

I get that I ordered late, but it still serves no reason for my food to come the way it did soggy, and not toasted I could’ve made a sandwich, and wet it up in the dishwasher, and it probably would still taste better. Next time don’t accept an order if you aren’t going to make it right.

Many Subways suffer from taking 5-10 to make single sandwich, so it can take longer than a half hour to get your order. Not so here. The crew was trained, professional and quick. It was good and delivered with a smile. It was my first visit to this particular store since 2006-2007 when it took my family twenty minutes wait before we could place our order because there were four people in front of us. I’m delighted that they’ve improved so much.

The food is OK, but has been declining for months. Folks are kind in person, but my delivery orders continue to be incomplete and have missing items. When this happens, you don’t get a refund because they don’t answer the phone. I’d probably recommend using Doordash instead of the subway app since Doordash will refund your money for missing items or just pick it up in person. Everywhere is going through some stuff, all the businesses are struggling right now, but we still have to get what we pay for or at least be refunded when we don’t. That’s simply fair. Nobody’s in a position to be giving away money right now.

Don’t order online, if you’re not standing in front of them they cut corners. Ordered two different times through the app, both times subs weren’t toasted and had about half of the meat they should’ve. Ridiculous waste of money.
