The Kid’s subs are supposed to be 4″ long, but the one I got was just barely over 2″. I mentioned that to the girl behind the counter, but she ignored me, finished wrapping the sub, and told me the price. There was also a soda spill that hadn’t been cleaned up with just a wet floor sign out. They were in the back dancing when I walked in, so really, they weren’t too busy to clean up the mess.

Sunday morning around 10am after shopping in Walmart. I stopped by the subway inside to grab 1 cookie . I was greeted goodmorning by the employee with the associate #428 . I’m assuming cause it was only one employee . I paid for my cookie and as I’m reaching for the receipt she lays it on the counter and slides my cookie and receipt towards me . Very rude to start off a Sunday morning and yes I am AA!

I’m a very understanding person and not one to complain. With that being my review is to hopefully improve service in the future. I don’t have any complaints regarding the food. My issue is the service. Some days it’s good and some days it’s not as in when it comes to who is fixing the food. It seems to be an issue when asked to cut up ingredients specifically in a salad. I’m a customer that doesn’t mind waiting a little extra especially if that means my food/order is going to be made right and how I want it and NOT Rushed. People under they have to wait it’s okay. I did not like how my food was made today and when asked to cut up certain things it seemed to be a problem. When I came in it was only the one person in front of me. If everyone (employees) wasn’t in the back when I came in then maybe my experience could have been better. Once 2 other customers came in after me which still wasn’t enough to rush or not want to prepare my food how I’m asking maybe that would have been a different outcome. It’s just a hit or miss depending on who is fixing the food.

I had a horrible experience at the deli/hot food bar inside of Walmart. I was running short on time. I decide to stop at the Subway. The service was quick! The young jovial sandwich maker provided awesome customer service and my sandwich was amazing! I truly enjoyed my experience, healthier options, and accuracy of my request!

This place needs to be completely restaffed and given a thorough scrub down. Too many people playing around and not cleaning, stocking, or helping customers. Between the loud, vulgar lyrics coming from the music blaring in the back room, to the staff walking around playing and not cleaning up the filth, these guys are one visit from DHEC or corporate away from the unemployment line.

Won’t go back! If you don’t mind flies being all over your food I guess it would ok. Considering how nasty flies are I will never come back! They was on people’s sandwiches and landing on all the stuff they put on your sub. This wasn’t the first time I noticed this at this particular location but it is the worst time! Yuckkkkkk!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. They had awful customer service for one. For 2 they had nothing. They were put of soft pretzels. They were out of soda. They had no napkins. No receipt paper… very disappointing. Will never visit this subway again

I don’t know what’s going on with this location specifically but they’ve shuttered at 5:50 pm when sites and Google are saying 9 pm. This is the 4th time this situation happened. It should be fixed long before now. I would give a negative review if possible because this is ridiculous.
