Cant follow online order dictation asked for a lot of pickles and jalapenos and only got 6 of both…. Can’t use online coupon in the store. So you have to order with the app and still can’t do it right……

Two complaints: One regarding this store, and one regarding the app.
1) The app reloaded while I was placing my order and changed the pickup time to THIRTY minutes too early. I then attempted to call the store since the app doesn’t have a cancel option…
2) They NEVER answer their phones, plus their VM is full so I can’t even leave a message begging them to hold off on making the order or to try and cancel it for me.

The meat the dry the veggies had no flavor like they have been sitting for a while. They apparently don’t know the series subway get double cheese? Which should had been 8 slices… the meat was still cold after coming out of the speed oven which means there not cooking it long enough. And they didn’t even sticker the wrap paper and it was poorly wrapped. The lady didn’t seem very enthused to make subs. Haven’t had subway since I ate one in indiana michigan subway is just the worst really need to start getting health inspectors going through them places more. This has made me feel sick to my stomach do better subway. Disappointing.

Gentleman working this evening was nice, lder blond lady with glasses was down right yucky and was very very very rude complaining constantly about people coming in and that she has taken the dishes and she is trying to close and this is at a few minutes after 8 when they are open til 9. She should learn something from the gentleman.

Regularly go to this location for lunch working in Clio. It’s always super quick, and made well (some places just slam a sub together). Top Secret menu is pretty cool too!
