Usually I have no problem with this Subway. I order the same thing every time and it’s delicious. But today I had a sandwich with light mayo and mustard but I got a monstrosity. Heavily overloaded with both. It would be one thing if it was a little extra, but my sandwich was SWIMMING with mayo and mustard! I had to wipe it all off, but it was still dripping with sauce. It was like they didn’t even care. Very disappointing.

If you go to the Moncks corner Subway on Main Street, just be sure not to take coupons, as THEY DO NOT TAKE COUPONS IN STORE. But, they do accept them online. Makes sense, right? Then the app will only let you buy one sub at a time, it seems, so you have no choice but to spend the full price by going in.

We waited about 10 minutes for someone to come out to us, and while waiting Ms. T shouted to the back that there was someone out here to order. Then proceeded to sing at the top of her lungs while making her own sub. When someone finally came out to help us, they could barely hear us due to her rapping. One of the other workers were in the restroom so when they came back ms. T wrapped my sub and then said she was out because she was waiting for someone to come take over the counter. THEN started talking about the weed that she bought and how she was about to go roll a blunt. Great service Subway. I have nothing against weed, but to be talking about it like you’re yelling through a megaphone infront of customers? Not a good look. Will not be coming back here.

Every time I come here the workers are rude. The order screen at the drive through is a big issue. I have been there twice and it either wouldn’t take my order or sensed me touching it causing my order to be wrong. When I mentioned something to the workers it was ALWAYS this same response. Well it’s worked fine all day. Interesting that since it worked so well they had to hang a sign on it that if your order was wrong then you would get what you ordered on the screen anyway. Pretty rude. There is no way to check your order for accuracy either. So I choose to do my business elsewhere from now on.

Went to get three subs and should have walked back out because it was so hot in there I don’t think they had any ac but I ordered anyway the guy in there named Sunny was horrible had to repeat myself several times and then he was being skimpy on the condiments and vegetables and then tryed to charge us for double meat when didn’t even get double meat luckily I paid attention. He also acts like he don’t understand English I definitely won’t be back if I could give zero stars I would !!! Don’t waste your money or time there
