Managers need to teach their employees how to to “Manually” enter gift cards if they are not working when you scan them. White girl with glasses said my card was old because how it looked and it didn’t scan when all she had to do was to manually key it in. It’s ok though, I know her drawer gone come up short because she was giving away free subs.

I’ve had way better service here but today some lil white chick w purple hair kept taking more orders after stopping where she was helping make subs. Ma’am! No! You left my 2 subs just sitting there while the other guy was making the one behind Mr! My order was online & I had to wait in line once inside then to have my order left sitting. Nonsense I’ll just go back to Clinton Subway.

The guys that were working were very nice and joked around with customers. A very nice atmosphere. Not something I’m used to in Laurens.

It was a good experience. The employees were polite, awesome and the big gentleman behind the counter was really cool. I actually enjoyed waiting in line and waiting for them to make my sandwich. I ordered off Uber eats and honestly, I didn’t have to wait long at all. I recommend this subway if you’re in the town of Laurens.

The server at the beginning of the order process, a woman with scars on her face(as I did not learn her name)was extremely unprofessional. Her attitude illogically surly, angry, dismissive, and combative was actually yelling at me and my daughter as she took our orders. She treated us as if we had done something wrong coming into the restaurant and having the nerve to place our orders. I was shocked when she began to verbally abuse me. For what I can only describe as asking for a turkey and bacon wrap. My daughter asked for a sandwich on flat bread and the woman yelled saying if I said the wraps are frozen, that means I can’t give you flat bread either! She was beyond unprofessional! She was disgusting in her mistreatment of 2 customers. And there was no explanation. I will never go back to that location again. She was a revolting representation of the Subway franchise. I wonder if Subway knows she is at the location promoting herself as a representative of them? Her representation said the franchise no longer wishes to operate. Great employee you have!

Go to the other subway. Will give you the wrong online order because it is the same subs but wrong toppings, then blame you for it. Refuse to rectify the situation and refuse you service.

Called to place an order. Answered…. without saying ANYTHING. AFTER several “hello” finally ask what I wanted.
Then took my order and when I said.. yes, that’s all. HE HUNG UP ON ME. DIDN’T SAY ANYTHING.
I called back UPSET… and they didn’t even care.
Ask my total and how much it would be… and was given the answers.
Now I’m scared to pick up my food, due to the lack of professionalism… will they do something to my order????
And subway must not be too concerned bc they also do not provide a phone number to report customers experiences. They expect you to take YOUR TIME to write an essay.
I’d rather write my essay here FOR EVERYONE TO SEE! Thanks for waisting my time and charging premium prices.

The Coke Zero is flat. I checked the date on the bottle and it expired 10/2023. My sandwich was on flatbread which was overly toasted, couldn’t even bite into it. I had asked for ranch and chipotle and didn’t get either on the sandwich. When I called no one picked up. I’ll be going up there personally to her this resolved!!! Very disappointed

Messed up my order 3 times before putting it in the toaster and after. I normally don’t even leave reviews but just trying to save everyone’s time. It was super disorganized and I had to wait for them to get done talking before I can even tell them what else I wanted on my sub.
