Probably the cleanest subway I’ve been in. The staff were friendly and made great sandwiches. The layout is also so much better than the smaller stores. There’s so much room and you can tell the store is well cared for. We will be back!

Althought this store is at a convenient location, the food quality was poor. Brown lettuce, wilted spinach, dried cucumbers. When asked for fresher lettuce they poured it right on top of the brown. Then would only give you a half ounce for a whole sub. It was very difficult to understand the english of their entire staff. Terrible quality of food. Terrible food practices. I do not recommend going to this location.

Usually their sandwiches are made well but yesterday ordered online and got there to watch them make our sandwiches. We both ordered tuna sandwiches. They were very skimpy on the tuna. Usually when I have watched them in the past they put four round scoops on a footlong but yesterday it it was four half scoops. The girls working werent to friendly and seemed to not know what they were doing. As the one girl started putting olives on and I mentioned to her I didn’t order it with olives. The sandwiches were mostly veggies and barely any tuna. Disappointed as I usually like this Subway.

Terrible experience here, went in and got our subs and the girls that helped us were ok, not very friendly but they did their job and were not rude but when the owner came in the seemed hurried. We originally got our subs to go but our son wanted to stay and eat so we sat at a table. We originally just got him a drink because we didn’t need one (we have water at home). But since we sat down we needed water. My husband got up and asked the owner very nicely if he could have a water cup, he said they didn’t have any and that we would have to pay for a cup for water… He then went on to say that if we do not like that do not come back to his business. We said ok, we will not and sat down and finished eating our food. He went to the back and you could hear him throwing things around. Feel bad for those girls that have to work for him… 2 days later we went to the subway inside of Walmart and while I was getting our subs the nice young gentleman gave a lady a FREE water cup. Can’t believe the owner of an establishment was acting like that and from now on our business will go to the other subway that’s right across the road..

This is the worst subway besides Emanuel Church Road you don’t get your money’s worth and they are very rude about it. No matter how much you say add more vegetables they don’t and I used the app to buy 1 get 1 50% off coupon they only took 4$ off. The subs are no longer worth 11$ and they should not operate under subway if they’re not using subway policies. Will never eat at either one of those places again and I see I’m not the only one.

I placed a delivery order on the subway app and my food was delivered by door dash. Order wasn’t right so I took my sandwich back and ask for a refund. Employee refuse to give money back said I need to wait for a manager. Manager hasn’t showed up to work in days. Call corporate office and they said it’s nothing they can do to help me.

The attitude of one of the workers was so awful that I honestly may never go back to this location! David, who was making my sandwiches was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude! I forgot some toppings and asked him to open the sandwich (just 1 of them) and add toppings. He first told me “you’re gonna have to wait. There’s a line” (after moving at a snails pace making the whole order). When he did add toppings he rolled his eyes, sighed and generally acted like it was such an imposition to add 2 toppings to a sandwich. I told him he was being very rude and he told me “I’m not being rude.”

Ordered two subs online and one of them was not the sub I ordered (Ordered a BMT on Italian Herb & Cheese), I didn’t notice this until I made it home which is about 20 minutes away from this Subway. Wife threw the sub away saying it was not edible and it tasted really nasty.

This Subway needs an updated training system apparently because they constantly want to short your sandwich of the meat you pay for. Ordered a footlong roast beef online and had it delivered to me. Opened my $11 sandwich to find ONE flat layer of meat on the wrong bread and a skimpy amount of veggies. I tried calling to complain about my order but the line just rang continuously. I’ve gone in person and had them try to skimp my meat infront of me where I have to ask them to put more. I remember when they used to load it with meat, so much so you could barely fit it in your mouth. It’s ridiculous to pay so much for a sandwich and end up eating majority bread and can’t even taste the meat. Do better.
