This evening at 5:27 PM, I ordered six cookies — two macadamia nut, two raspberry cheesecake, and two oatmeal. While preparing my order, the employee dropped one of the cookies on the counter. Instead of discarding it, she proceeded to place it into my box.

I looked at her and asked if she was serious. She looked back at me but continued placing the cookie in the box until I told her to replace it with a different one. What was most concerning was her reaction — she appeared confused, as if nothing had happened.

According to my receipt, the order was served by #250 (I am unsure if that is her name). She was a small, petite white female with glasses. At no point did she apologize or acknowledge the mistake.

This was disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. The little girl working today with the blue and green hair needs to be talked to about costumer service. The girl barely spoke to me just stared at me until I told her what I wanted. Didn’t greet me or anything just stared at me. Only thing she asked was about was meat and cheese. If you’re going to be in customer service at least be pleasant and actually talk to people

Went to subway the other day and the worker was awesome. I put a tip on my credit card as I had no cash. I asked him after if they get tips same day or end of week and he said they don’t get them. As someone who owned a restaurant I was blown away. If you tip, the owner keeps them…. That is crap business practices and I won’t be back because the tip line on my bill infers that the worker not owner gets it. He doesn’t need free money meant for the workers.

Ordered for the first time foot long chicken-n-cheese and double cheese dipper’s. They were terrible…very small amount of chicken , couldn’t even tell that there was chicken in them, double cheese was not double at all. The footlong was two flat breads to make a foot long. Would not recommend you waste your money on even trying them!!

Some of the workers actually do their work and are extremely friendly. I usually don’t eat here but the food is good and it is always clean. Overall it is a good subway but they need to increase the pay for the workers.

I’ll never again pay 11.00 for a mostly empty sub roll. That’s what subway has sold for quite a while now. Not enough steak to fill half of it, and could not find the cheese at all. Complete waste of money.

We went to subway and they basically ripped us off. First of all the two guys working were rude. I would’ve left but my husband stayed. Then he paid almost 30 dollars for a sandwich and a half and 1bag of chips. And the man said he couldn’t give him a receipt then he finally gave him a receipt. We were charged for extra ham and just extra stuff we didn’t get.
