Just left and Toby was a real one. There were 8 of us and we went in like 20 minutes before close and he was so kind and quick for us. He was the only one working but he was as efficient as two people would have been. Toby deserves a raise.

The service was great. And friend and I we’re sitting outside enjoying the outdoors after we had orders in 8. We were there for a while just talkin and an employee came out and asked if we were all right and could she get us something to drink. I thought that was wonderful. It was the Blowing Rock Subway. I didn’t get the little girl’s name but she was dark headed. She cared enough to ask two elderly people how they were doing and if they needed anything. It was such a sweet and loving gesture. I will go back to that Subway again. Thank you.

Myself and three friends came and ate at this subway, we are all big subway eaters and we all agreed that this was the best subway experience we’ve ever had, Toby easily the best subway employee I’ve ever met. This was the first place I ate at when I temporarily moved into the area. It is easily located off of 321. The staff greeted me warmly. I try one of the newer sandwiches, I didn’t like it, but I forgot what it was. I do like most of their sandwiches, especially the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. But by and large I do like Subway in general. A good selection of sandwiches. Hot or cold. Fresh toppings. They have online ordering now.

Came to this subway location in Blowing Rock at 8:40 pm. Hours online and on the door indicated a 9 pm closing. Had planned on getting a quick sub or salad to take home, after checking into a vacation rental. However, the doors were locked, and the staff person inside shrugged her shoulders and mouthed “I’m closed”. Not a very warm welcome. We’re now heading to another location that is 5 miles away in Boone, open until 10. Hopefully they won’t be locked up early!

This place is always clean and the food is always fresh. We love the staff here. I was never a Subway fan, but this place changed my mind. We eat here at least 10 to 12 times a month.

Every time I go there they put less ingredients on the sub. If you ask for green pepper they will stretch one sliver across the sub. I stopped in today against my better judgement and ordered a rotisserie chicken and the young lady working filled her measuring scoop up about a quarter of the way and attempted to spread it across the bread. I might as well have gotten a vegetarian. I walked out and I will never walk back in. Too bad. I like subway subs and it is about the only place in Blowing Rock.
