I frequent this subway almost every Thursday and Friday as I work in the same shopping center on those days. I purchase a new drink cup in the morning, and come back for more water 2-3 times during the day. This has gone on for months without any issues or complaints from employees. I have avoided complaining about the high turnover and low quality service thereby, but today when I went in for my water refill, I was rudely told that once I left the “establishment” I could no longer refill my drink cup.

Former employee here from the Cherry Point Location. The owner constantly threatened us with contacting corporate, taking away our meals for any amount of time or even permanently, and firing us. He would also talk poorly of us to other employees and managers. The manager during my time there was rude and disrespectful to her employees and made the work environment miserable. She yelled at staff and customers. We weren’t given breaks and were very much encouraged to work off the clock and have on many occasions because if we stayed past a certain time clocked in we would be in more trouble than we would be for working for free. This applied to minors as well. Guests could easily tell how unhappy we were at this establishment even though we tried to hide that. Being short staffed was also a major issue as not many people would stay due to the manager and owner and simply walked out when it became too much, which didn’t take long at all as I’ve walked out too. All in all, I have boycotted subway as a whole, especially the ones in this area due to my time working at the Cherry Point location. I won’t be surprised if this gets deleted as a way to hide what type of place this is.

Both times I’ve went here both the girls working were extremely rude and disrespectful. As soon as I walked in they rolled their eyes and when I started ordering my food she caught an attitude with me and raised her voice. Then I told her how I wanted my sub and she made the exact opposite just to make me mad and didn’t fix it when I asked her to politely. I don’t recommend going here unless you want your order wrong and your food served with a side of attitude. 0 stars for this subway, never had a problem like this anywhere else.

Today, I experienced the worst customer service from Subway, because there wasn’t any customer service to begin with. The employee which was in the dining area walk behind the counter did not acknowledge my wife and I but continue to walk to the back of the store. She did not return, so we proceed to exit the store. If I could give negative stars I would. As a MSgt being treated like this I can only imagine how the young marines are being treated with the limited food choices on base. One less customer.

Dropped an order off 2 hours prior. They seemed rather nice but then kept pushing my order back. I am now 30 minutes plus over my lunch where everyone is waiting for their food. One young employee keeps rolling her eyes and they just pushed me back again for other orders.

My family and I will never attempt to eat or order anything from this Subway ever again. My son and I walked into the door and the young lady immediately picked up a bowl and walked to the back of the store without even given us the acknowledgement that she would be back to assist us. We waited and she didn’t return until we were about to walk out the door. Customer are the reason why you have a paycheck and if this is the type of people you have working for your establishment then you will continue to lose or busy.

Older female employee took 40 minutes to make my sub. I was the only customer in the store, and I was astounded by how slow she was moving, and how many times I needed to repeat what went on the sub. Far to old to work

This Subway is on military Base great service nice staff very high volume, try to avoid lunch rush long lines, but line moves quickly. some military personnel order multiple subs, that can back up the the line and increase wait time.

Employee wasn’t wearing a mask at all the entire time I was here so if I get COVID, we’ll know why! Smh. Last time I was here the same employee literally hit her vape before making my sandwich. Like is management even a thing???
