I was craving Jersey Mikes but there wasn’t one close enough to have it delivered through their app and you can’t add special instructions if you order through Door Dash or Uber Eats at this store’s location. So I drove the 15 minutes to the store and boy am I glad I did! The staff at this location was amazing! Everyone was working hard but having fun and providing stellar customer service while doing it! There were several regulars that came in and the staff knew their orders and asked how they were doing, etc. aside from the store being really clean and the staff being awesome, my food was unbelievably fresh and tasty! Even after sitting in the bag for about 20-25 minutes. I mean I can’t express enough that this was a perfect experience for me! My always order is #17 regular on white, extra cheese, extra meat, add lettuce, tomato, mayo, no onion or peppers. And the Root Beer at this location was so sweet and burned in just the right way. I highly recommend you check out this Jersey Mike’s location off Manhattan in Harvey, LA!

What’s the point of having a “special request” note option if no one actually reads it? I made a very simple request that would’ve taken maybe two minutes to accommodate, and it was completely ignored. I want to be clear that I understand customization isn’t available when ordering through third-party apps—but this order was placed directly through the restaurant’s website, where customization is offered.
Because my husband picked up the order to save time, he didn’t realize the request wasn’t followed until he got home. Had I known the note would be disregarded, we would’ve just waited and ordered in store instead. This was disappointing and completely avoidable. If special requests can’t be honored even when ordering directly through the website, that should be communicated upfront so customers can decide how they want to order. A total waste of money because the sandwich is not good!

Won’t be visiting back to this location. Placed a to-go-order said will be ready in 15 minutes, showed up around the time and had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes. Really slow with hardly anyone in the place and barely acknowledged me, seemed to be taking care of walk-in order instead of online. There was a bad smell in the place, made me lose my appetite while I waited. The sandwiches were Ok, but one of those situations where the experience ruins it. Definitely do not recommend online ordering, as walks-in seem prioritized.

I wanted to give Mike the store manager a huge Thank You! for being incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process of coordinating a large order for my daughter’s Club Volleyball team that was in town last weekend for a tournament at the Convention Center. Mike was easy-going and friendly, and made sure of a very timely and hassle-free delivery to the Convention Center by Lindsey, who was also very friendly. Michael and Brice are wonderful. They did a catering job for our office which is on Lakeshore Drive in New Orleans and everyone was so impressed. We are definitely going to use them again. The sandwiches were all clearly labeled as to what they were and what was in each sandwich.

Today was the first time I ever step foot in a Jersey Mike’s Subs. Located in Harvey L.A. I was greeted the second I walked in I explained to the staff that it was my first time visiting. They gave me time to look over the menu as well explained to me the hot subs and cold subs. I also had the pleasure of speaking with the G.M. Mr. Bryson who was very polite and very patient with all my questions. Everyone and my food was a 10 across the board I will return also I had the Phillips cheese steak on the rosemary bread 10 plus. I’m glad I gave them a try now I have some were to grab a bite when I don’t feel like cooking and not even 15 minutes away from my home. I hope this review help someone.

I have been to the Jersey Mike’s location in Harvey, LA several times and the service is always very friendly and welcoming. I never “craved” any kind of sandwich prior to going to Jersey Mike’s and now I do. The food is extremely fresh and absolutely delicious. I’ve tried a few different sandwiches and can’t seem to find one that I don’t like. Their staff at this location is some of the friendliest I’ve come in contact with in the quick service food industry. If you haven’t tried it, try it! You’ll thank me! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
