Very interesting place. Atmosphere was 2000s dance music (Usher! Pitbull! Rihanna!). Tables were black, which was cool. Food was good. Nothing special. Prices were high. For two people, it cost as much as I would spend for 4 back home. I bet this place is more fun when it’s warm & the patio is in full swing. Service was good & she kept our drinks full. The Zona Rosa area is really nice & upscale.

I was in KC for work and stayed near Anejo. I stopped there for dinner and drinks. I sat at the bar and Rosie took care of me. She was amazing! She had a water and menu in front of me before I had even sat down! She made my cocktail quickly, and it was very good. Rosie checked on me often without bothering me. I had my dinner and drinks in a great environment. I will definitely return the next time I am in town!

I came here for my sweetie’s birthday. We’ve never been here, but we heard reviews about it when I tell you everything was awesome. It was awesome America, our waitress, she is the bomb, very Attentive., always there when we needed her, and the food was awesome since we’ve never been before we had America point out some dishes. Basically, all the food was good favorful, a good amount so you can share. and when I say everything was on point, everything was on point , get the muscles…. if you love muscles, the muscles are to die for. the rice and sauce sooo good. The street tacos are fire and the Italian dishes they have are also great. They have all types of different meals and cuisines for everyone. the Libations , we got tequila yes all types , we got a liquor flight, and I got a pain killer… ohh so good. 10/10

Service wasn’t bad, neither was the atmosphere. The food was terrible. I had a baked potato with steak. The meat was hard and stringy. I told the waitress and she said she would tell the manager. He was kind enough to discount it about 50%. I was unable to eat any of it other than a couple bites. I left it there and told the waitress to serve it to her manager and see how he liked it. She said she would. I will never go back.

I had a shot of Don Julio añejo (I think “extra añejo”) that was very smooth and a house margarita w Tajin that was great!
The guac was really good & a fair amount. Street corn was delicious! The last dish, (beef fajita bowl), was excellent! The beef was tender and flavorful! The pic is subpar and the corn is my street corn, not originally on there. Their menu is one of, if not the best, I’ve ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. And I go to a lot of them having lived in DFW and Austin for 45 years! I’m getting the choriqueso next time and going the ceviche direction! Thanks again Kathy!

I went here with a bunch of girlfriends to celebrate a friend’s birthday! It was our first time here and we had so much fun! The drinks were excellent! The food was amazing! Our server was wonderful! I will definitely be back to try their other dishes!

Unfortunately I came here tonight wanting to try a new place and left feeling not so good after finding out a dish that I order came out completely cold was actually supposed to be a hot dish. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and the legendary mussels tonight. The quesabirria tacos came out barely hot but tolerable and the legendary mussels came out completely cold even the rice was cold. When the food came out my server Katy didn’t even bother to check up on me to make sure everything came out or if everything was okay at all. I had someone sit next to me and their server had check on them the whole time to make sure they had everything and everything was good. I had to ask that server if the legendary mussels are suppose to be a cold dish which he didn’t know so he went and ask my server and I asked her if it’s supposed to be cold she said no it’s was hot when I brought it out to you. In which I let her know it actually wasn’t I had it sitting there not even 5 minutes went to touch the mussels to take it out of the shell and realized it was cold. I only had 3 of the mussels thinking that’s how it was supposed to be served and something didn’t sit right at all to me so I had to ask. All she did was she’ll go get a manager and came back said we can give you a 50% off and box it up for you. At that point I told her I don’t even want to take this home. She said she’ll take it from me and take it off my tab not even apologizing about it or anything.
With that being said I would never come back to this restaurant the service was not good at all food was barely hot server had a slight attitude.

This place is AWESOME! Their food is STUPID GOOD! We were on vacation from California and always like to try different places so when we drove by this place we had to give them a go and we are so glad we did.
Girlfriends a vegetarian so we were able to tweak the menu and ordered her some shrimp and white sauce plate that was completely out of this world. Just look at the picture! I ordered the traditional Añejo Enchiladas that were OUTSTANDING! The ground beef was the tastiest EVER and the others right there as well. We ordered a pasta for starters but our food arrived so fast we took that bad boy back to the room with us.
Do yourselves a huge favor and get over there a.s.a.p. You’ll be glad you did.
