Worse experience ever. Told the Manager, Tara not to put the black roast beef on my sandwich. She said it was fine. Told her I didn’t want it on my sandwich, she put it on anyways. Got home. Roast beef was burned ends. Awful. Had to take it back. 20 more minutes in line to remake my sandwich. Then Tara,the Manager, had to call Charles the owner to give me another sandwich. Ask for my sandwich several times to get back to work. No. Held my sandwich hostage for another 20 minutes. One hour and no lunch. Crazy. Worse subway in the whole world and horrible employees. Makes no sense.

Deluca Pizza is part of Subway. I’ve lived in the Holden Beach area since 2010 and have had Petronies and Mama Bravad pizza. Patronies used to be good. Recently had MB small pizza which had maybe 10 microsliced slices of pepperoni. I only ate 1/2 and didn’t finish the rest. Quite unusual for me. Delucas was well made, lots of pepperoni, more than 3 slices of mushroom and piled high with mozzarella. What a delight!

Visited this Subway with my family today. I asked if I could use the coupon on the Subway app and was told by Alexis that this was a privately owned Subway and they do NOT use coupons or the app. After getting to the register I noticed a large sign saying, “Free Food? Yes, Please!” and the fine print said “download the Subway App to get deals and earn rewards.” I asked Alexis/cashier about this and she couldn’t explain the app. I attached the photo. I understand that not all restaurants participate in all promotions, but why post the sign if you aren’t one of the participating Subways? Next, I asked for corporates number, she couldn’t find it, but did provide the owner’s number. Needless to say, I will not return to this Subway.

I ordered online as no one answered the phone. It was easy and convenient to use and advised it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to pick up my food and not only was it not ready(25 min.), To which I understand as it’s busy, the woman states to the guy that I had to wait as the 7 other people waiting in line came first. So much for ordering online and having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my sandwich to be made.

Worst possible experience ever from a Subway Restaurant. Ordered and paid for delivery through the Subway website. Never got my order, and they didn’t refund my money. The 2 workers I spoke with on the phone were less than helpful. They were CLUELESS on how to help me, or even process a refund.

Wow this is really hit or miss, meaning- they may or may not answer or be there. 2 small 6 inch sub combos 30.00 too many issues with this one. I am seeing a pattern at Holden beach 15 per person at every restaurant. I will eat else where if I am wanting fast food.

We’ve eaten at this subway in the past without issue. Not sure if it’s under new management or what but this trip was pretty horrific and probably our last. The dining areas floor was dirty. The entire prep area was littered with food and crumbs. And what was probably the worst part was the guy finishing out the subs was taking the one knife that was in view swirling it around in dirty water and using it right after to cut and fold the subs. the level of care in this location has fallen to damn near zero.
