I wish I could give more than five stars to be an amazing woman standing behind the counter right now. She was efficient with courteous she managed more than one order at a time and she even candles multiple languages at the same time. One of my best restaurant experience as ever! I wouldn’t even give them a star but had too. Got 3 footlongs 2 were fine, besides us not getting the Italian herb bread. Said they were out of stock. My 3rd sub something tasted spoiled. I called the store and they said there shouldn’t been anything wrong. The employee went on to tell me he doesn’t care for the roast beef and that maybe i had a bad piece. and for me to have a nice day. And thank you for calling. No apologies or anything.

Employees are completely lost. They are nice and friendly and make a great sub, but can’t work the register nor menu optionsandpricing. I overpaid because the girl was confused and was trying hard to figure it out.

Staff is the reason for a 3 star. They let me stand there for quite some time while they socialized with off duty coworkers. I had a mobile order just sitting there but the employee kept walking away, not giving me time to speak up. Oh and the sammich was totally wrong.

Shorted me a dollar. No internet because of the storm, cash only. That’s fine, I always have cash for storms because this happens every time. Order was $6.08. Cashier rounded up to $7 because “we ain’t got change.”. Then close. You’re only accepting cash, you figure out how to give change. Or at least learn to round like a child does in elementary school.
