This was terrible! $33 & wouldn’t take a $50 bill. The lettuce was brown & wilted. They were out of meatballs & didn’t apologize or anything, just “we out” – then the mayo on my husbands steak sandwich was old and sour!!!

I normally eat Subway in Wilmington. This was my first time in this location. Store was immaculate and clean. Staff greeted me upon entering. I felt like family, not just a customer. Food was great.

Wish I could leave 0 starts. The time is 4:54pm on Saturday April 23, 2022 the woman here when I walked in shouted wait just a minute which is the least of my worries. After waiting a few minutes she comes from back and apologized for the wait and started making my sub. She started friendly then while sub was toastkng we cashed out. She charged me $9 for my footlong I decided not to tip. And when she saw that she said “wow thanks for your time” and became very unpleasant. After she said that I wanted to leave but since I payed I wanted my sub my way. When asking for toppings she would put the barest minimum and again I can’t stress enough how bad her attitude was. I decided this sub was good enough just I could leave and write this review. I’m highly unimpressed and think employees like her give this business a bad name.

Service was pretty fast. There were 6 ppl ahead of me and we waited a couple minutes. Then the waitress got all of us takem care of without the exhaustion of standing there 10 minutes or more. In just a few minutes taking care of us all in line, i was pretty impressed. Plus I was in a hurry so fast Service is always important to me

Absolutely terrible service. My 2nd grader left her lunch for school in her dad’s truck. I was over 2 hrs away and needed to order her lunch. App did not work. Heather and several others refused to take a card over the phone. Finally got app to work after wasting over an hour of my day by ordering something different and adding a comment to change the order to pizza because app won’t allow that order. Then received phone call stating they will not substitute or change original order. I have now spent MORE time and money on an incorrect order that my daughter will not eat. I will NEVER order from here again. The best comment was when I asked Heather “so you are going to allow my kid to not have food when I am trying to pay for it right now?” And she said “yes ma’am”. What I true POS.

Ordered through online app. Asked for extra meet for one sub and still barely any meat on sub. Went in to pick up and also was told they tried to call the number that was given to tell us they had no meatball for a meatball sub. Did not receive a call. So when we got there subs were not ready. Very disappointed as this was not the first time with problems. Will not be going back.

I got thier at 8.50 employee was help some one then then started talk to store worker and then told me it was 9.02 and that I would have to leave the woman had an adtude she shouldn’t be working thier and all customers come first then sign said they closes at 10.00pm lady got in argument and cussed us out I don’t recommend this store and Chris just let her do it

I live down the road from this Subway and won’t go back there again. Ran in there on Saturday evening to pick up subs for dinner. The young girl fixing my husband’s was rude, arrogant and disrespectful while rolling her eyes after he informed her that his sub was made wrong. When they went to “remake” it, they put VERY little meat on it and added way too much lettuce and tomatoes, even after he clearly said “Very little” for both. There were several flies landing on the sandwiches & they did not want to remake them. HORRIBLE experience. Will go into town or Hardee’s if I want something quick for dinner.
