I want to shout out Kahari. An outstanding worker at your establishment. We had a casual conversation that led to him feeling comfortable to tell me he was part of the LGBTQ community. While this may seem irrelevant, he mentioned that in this specific Subway work space he feels so comfortable in his sexuality and person. So one I wanted to shout out kahari for being so brave to tell me he liked boys, and two for your staff and community to be so welcoming to him.

The two young ladies that did, our subs today were absolutely fantastic.Very helpful and appeared to actually like what they were doing.

It’s currently 934 and I was at the front door of this subway door was locked not a team member in sight. So I called the location since I was there the girl gets on the phone rudely and states that she’s in the back. After that I stated I will be going to another location. Subway do better because this is the second time I have tried to give this location a 2nd chance and you all mess it up never again!

We used to eat here and it was great but it has changed ownership and I will not go back and I don’t recommend to anyone else. Just go a little further up the road to Jersey Mike’s and get an experience that is far more professional and subs that are worth the money, get what you ask for and what has been advertised. Subway should close this store. It’s giving them a bad name, although I sent a message to corporate and haven’t heard back, so maybe as a company, they are just failing.

Guy making the sandwiches had dandruff all over his shirt. If employees aren’t going to wash they need to wear hair nets. Produce/ veggies were browning and looked old. The glass was covered in crap and looked like it had never wiped down. Went to pee and the toilet was disgusting and I turned right back around. Place was over all nasty and so are the employees.

I had the nicest employee make my order today. His name was Caleb (not sure how he spells it). He was just so respectful, kind, humble, and really just made the usually stressful task of having to order my picky mom’s custom sandwich so much calmer and easier. He obliged each request I had on how to assemble the sandwiches without a second thought, which was so nice considering ppl in the past have acted annoyed and just rude. But he was so sweet and quick and was able to carry on a conversation while multitasking making two sandwiches and a pizza by himself and it was just a really pleasant experience. I hope he goes on to do great things in life! He mentioned being in high school, and if he’s this responsible at his job now I can’t imagine how much he will accomplish in his future!

Walked in was greeted by two guys, Took a while to ask what I wanted While they giggle and chit chat. And they ask what I want I tell them. They giggle and ask again if I wanted the foot long or 6”. But I tried to pay no mind but it made me feel uncomfortable. Anyways they had no provolone cheese which I wish I knew if not I would’ve never ordered anything.

Phenomenal customer service! I’m a regular and usually come in during my lunch, However I came tonight for dinner… and I will definitely be back.. Shakira was super friendly and very accommodating.. Food was great, very friendly. Great job!

Arrived at the store at 7:40. Employee was already mopping the dining room floor. Every chair was already placed on top of the tables. It looked like the closing process had already started but they are open until 9pm. The sandwich building portion was just as terrible. Scraping the bottom of the pan, I got old onions on my sandwich. It would have been simple to have gotten fresh ones. There was no tea avaliable which is a main reason we go. To top it all off there were NO lids to fit the cup I was given. They had disappeared into the back and I wasn’t going to wait 30 minutes for them to come back. When you have to remove the chairs from tables just to eat, there’s a problem! We frequent this subway often and it’s normally on point. Don’t know what was going on tonight but it earned the location a BAD review.
