Store was busy and staff of 2 was working hard. On line orders were coming in as the in person line kept full. Cookies and needed pulled out of the oven. Food was tasty.

Placed my first online order. Went to store and sign on door saud “Closed 30 minutes. Baking bread”. But door was unlocked mam behind counter asked if I was picking up an online order. I said yes. He replied that it wasn’t ready and offered me a water cup while they were waiting on 2 other customers. That was fine I wasn’t in a hurry. 2 workers, I believe a coworker called out and they seemed overwhelmed and locked doors and refused service to a couple other customers. They were fine. I don’t believe locking the doors was the right thing to do, they could have just communicated better.

The only place with turkey based cold cuts, thus the ever popular cold cut combo. And a lesson in the price of eating out. $3 for double meat, and I wouldn’t have imagined I’d pay $10 for a 6″ Subway sandwich. Still worth it. Very pleasant and hard working teammates, efficient at their job. I applaud them.

Very obvious this location needs an overhaul the employees appear blatantly disgruntled. The young girl was nice enough who was making my sandwich but judging by her meticulous weighing of every last piece of rotisserie chicken for my sub it was clear management is so focused on everything but treating they’re employees with any respect and solely on profits. This therefore in my opinion led to the unwelcomed disgruntled state the employees are in. I felt it was necessary to go into such detail to make it clear the problem goes deeper then just unhappy employees at this location.

I waited 30+ minutes for two subs. 28 of those minutes my order was laying there ready to wrap getting cold while the girl worried about getting the next 7 people started. While standing there waiting another employee was cleaning the top of the ice machine and the dust was falling down on my head and all the food. This place needs to be shut down.

BEST SUBWAY IN KANNAPOLIS AND CONCORD, NC HANDS DOWN.I have been to them all lol The franchise owners at other Subways in the Charlotte region don’t take pride in there ownership with good sandwiches and Great Customer Service. But this place does all of the above…I went into the Concord Mall after ordering on My App 2 subs around 2:30pm today. The Tall female manager, and the other 2 female employees didn’t disappoint me. It was a great experience AGAIN. Thanks Ya’ll!

Hours of operation are 9am to 9pm on Saturdays. I’m standing outside the store at 8:30pm and the doors are locked. The people inside refuse to even look at me as I’m pulling on the door. There’s 3 other people standing out here with me watching the 3 employees cleaning up and getting ready to leave early. So that’s 4 paying customers they are refusing to take care of. Unbelievable… they just don’t care!!!!!

I never go out of my way to leave a review but it’s definitely necessary here. We’ve tried to go here three separate times and they’ve been closed four hours early every time. Not to mention the one time we did go and they were open, Chucky the manager was so rude to us. He said when my fiance asked him if he could have a drink he said “I don’t know, can you?” Very rudely. I would not recommend going to this specific location AT ALL. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
