I have to say, these ladies and gents did a fantastic job. Dominique and Emily had some lady order 7 subs right before they served us, and they got them all made and then served us the finest subway I have ever had; in a timely matter. We travel all over NC, SC and TN (see my other reviews) and this was the best Subway experience I have ever had. They were polite, accurate and fast. The store was clean, veggies in order and fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly never thought I’d be leaving a review for a subway. Came in on my lunch break and they were very busy, the person in front of me ordered six footlongs during an already busy lunch rush. I figured we would be waiting forever… that was definitely not the case. Dominique and Emily were moving people along very quickly, and it was honestly the best sub I think I’ve ever eaten. They were friendly, professional, and even though they were busy the quality did not waiver at all. Fantastic service all the way around. Wish I had a picture of the sub, but there wasn’t much left!

We stood in line for over 45 mins with 2 workers making sandwiches. There were 10 people in line & the guy was making the sandwiches fast as he could but the young skinny girl with red highlights in her hair was rudely making people wait longer by not doing anything and making the other coworker do everything on his own. This girl literally did everything BUT make a dang sandwich. That is just unacceptable, the manager needs to get rid of her.

STAY AWAY! I ordered 3 subs online. Only 1 was correct. 1 I requested with no cheese since my child has a dairy allergy. My 3rd was a chicken teriyaki which was not even included they made another sub on the twice. Imagin my dismay when I get home which is about 10 miles away. I reach out to the manager whose response was the employee who made my sub has been employed there 5 years….OK AND? Just because you’ve worked somewhere for 5 years does not exempt you from making mistakes. Management doesn’t care and it shows because they defend their employees mistakes instead of apologizing and trying to make it right with their customers.

I stop by I didn’t know what to eat. I saw a subway and I was like yeah let’s give them a try. I walk in the ladies that works there everyone very nice , polite and very profesional the food was good. I highly recommend this subway. If you are in the Kannapolis area. This is the one you need to try. Great job ladies.

This place lets the meatballs run out around 5 pm every day. It’s the only sub my husband will eat from there. It’s the closest one to our house, but I usually have to drive 6 miles away to a different store. Staff usually seems depressed and on occasion down right rude. I prefer not to shop with them. Vegetables should be fresh, not frozen. Oh, and every single time I go in there, there’s always new staff. Very high employee turnover.

First order was a footlong, 2 bags chips and 2 cookies. All that was delivered was the footlong. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who admitted it was their fault but she claimed she couldn’t give me a partial refund. Told me to contact Doordash. Doordash said it’s the responsibility of Subway to give me the refund. I call Subway back and now they won’t answer the phone because they closed two minutes ago. I didn’t want to try and resume this the next day with probably a different manager on duty so I brushed it off.
