Love the cake here! The owner is very nice too. Took off one star because of consistency and slices sometimes. Better go early for best selection. Sometimes can be very pricey. Overall, The cake is fabulous.

Awesome Subway! Great customer service and everything was so fresh and so clean. We almost gave up on Subway forever after visiting the Belmont locations. Worth the extra few minute drive. Bring cash to tip them 🙂

Ordered thru the app, it was ready when i got there. It had the wrong cheese and a meat i didnt ask for, but i assume they were out of my options and picked something to make up for it. Was still really good and had all the right toppings. I like my salt pepper and oregano and it was loaded definitely a great cheap lunch if youre working in the area.

People need to know that this franchisee holds tips from employees. This loser keeps it 82 degrees in the restaurant as well. Obviously doesn’t care about employees or customers! Use the other subway on new hope where they care about employees!

I was surprised to find this place open as it was either close to a holiday or on a holiday. The gentleman working was so kind and helpful. You could tell he would rather be with his family, but he was still very nice. He was quick to fix our subs and we were on our way.

I arrived at their store Grand Theft 5 minutes before close only to find out that I no longer can get a sandwich because he decided to close his register early and he could no longer ring me up even though they advertise they’re open till 9 p.m… so now I’m stuck at work without food because the restaurant that I was going to eat at decided to close 5 minutes early even though they’re open sign is still on. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that doesn’t close early just because they feel like it.

I placed an online order and when I arrived it wasn’t ready. It wasn’t ready because they hadn’t even noticed my order, so they said, “it just came through,” which was an obvious lie. When I got home the Mozza Meat sandwich was missing, guess what, the mozzarella. I tried to call, but the phone number on the receipt was fake – didn’t go to Subway. So I had to drive there for a third time to tell them they made it wrong and that their phone number is wrong. Not only did they not apologize AT ALL, they defended putting no mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich saying I should have added that to my order. Pro tip – you cannot do this. The cheese you can select from does not include mozzarella BECAUSE IT ALREADY GOES ON THE SANDWICH. Their solution after driving all the way back there? They would give me some mozarella LOLOL What a clown show. Again, zero apologies, zero remorse, zero customer service, and in fact BLAMED ME, the customer for their incompetence. Never again.
