Came here for brunch we got the California turkey sandwich with sweet potatoes fried and the dawn breaker with hash browns. Omg. Delicious. Food came out super fast. The caramel latte-perfection. I only wish it was bigger for the price. (came in a regular sized mug) staff was attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!! amazing place with great prices!

They have one in Indianapolis. This was a little nicer than that one. Staff was accommodating. I got the Monte Cristo Crepes. Not the best Monte Cristo I have had before. Just didn’t have all the flavors I was used too. Wasn’t terrible. I like the deep fried and bready ones.

Wonderful staff! -and the crepes were fantastic. I had the chili relleno and ate every bite. Even the potato cubes side was seasoned and cooked to a hot and crispy perfection. I’m definitely returning my next time in Nashville.

We were visiting family in Franklin and came here for breakfast. The restaurant was light and airy with colorful prints on the wall. Tammy was our server and was friendly and knowledgeable. Two in our party had different eggs benedict, one had a waffle and eggs combo and I had a skillet. Everything was hot, plentiful, and delicious. The menu was varied and everything looked delicious. We would come again.

Le Peep is a solid place to get brunch on the West side. I got the Belgian waffle combo which comes with a yummy waffle, eggs, potatoes, and your choice of a protein (I got bacon). They have a pretty big parking lot that is shared with a bunch of other places so it is really easy to park.

Solid brunch spot! Came in on Sunday at 10 and was seated right away. Had the eggs Benedict where the egg was poached perfectly, no notes! The potatoes were insanely salty.Slightly on the higher price point. Otherwise a great spot! Heads up it is extremely loud. ADA friendly.

Ordered the fruit crepes today. The order was brought out quickly. The crepes were well prepared and had a good flavor.

Ordered the Poblano Breakfast Scamble, and it was absolutely delicious. My husband got the 18 Wheeler and enjoyed his meal as well. He was not, however, fond of the iced mocha he received. We ordered the Funny Face Pancake and the Baby Burrito for my 1 year old and 5 year old kids, and split each plate exactly in half so they could have each eat half a burrito and half a pancake. We were a bit disappointed that the kids’ portion was quite small. They both quickly devoured their plates and were then eating off of ours. Overall, though, we enjoyed our meals and would eat there again if in the area.

I was hoping for a better experience. The service was friendly but my food was not great. I ordered the pancake of the month, which was egg nog, and it was not good. The pancakes did not taste like egg nog and neither did the topping they put on them. In fact, the pancakes tasted burnt even though they looked to be cooked normally. The only way they were palatable was to put maple syrup on them. I also had a bowl of fruit that was just ok, strawberries had a lot of white on them, typical chunks of melon and some grapes. I would be open to trying something else here but it won’t be the pancakes again.

If you want an awesome breakfast spot with really good food, look no further. Situated on the west side of Nashville.

They do excellent breakfast, the standouts being their custard stuffed French toast, their pancake of the month (currently bananas foster as of Nov 2022), and their cinnamon roll.

I got their lumberjack breakfast. I chose 2 over easy eggs, bacon (one of the crispiest and tastiest bacon you may have), potatoes, and 2 super fluffy pancakes. For $15, it’s a great value for the amount of good food you get.

Make sure you join the waitlist online as soon as possible! On the day you want to go because there will be a decent wait.

Parking is a little tricky, all the open spots are timed between 30-60 minutes depending on the signs. They also have a free parking garage for longer parking.
