Super great experiance today! I have just started a diet and was getting a wrap to split with my wife on the way home from the gym. Being on a diet sucks. Tiffany was working and immediately picked up on my “situation” and shared some positive thoughts and well wishes! I was needed, cause part of me wanted to go to pizza hut and order 1 of everything! It was very much appreciated! One of the better subways around!

Don’t expect to get the right amount of meat on your sub. They use meat trays at this location to limit how much meat goes on each sub. Something stingy subway operators do. What’s worse is that some meat trays barely have any meat in them at all, and others have just a small amount. You’d think if they were going to do that, then at least all of the meat trays would have an equal amount of meat in them, but nope. Thankfully there are other competing Subway locations that don’t do this.

So… I ordered a footlong sub (steak and cheese) and footlong pretzel on the app. This was for my 1 hour lunch break. I get to the store at the time the app said it would be ready and the sub hadn’t been started at all…. okay fine, I can wait a few minutes. The girl who was helping me was also very quiet, I could barely hear anything she said and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. Next thing, she tells me that they don’t have butter so I can’t get the pretzel but she will replace it – I chose a cookie instead. She begins making the sub and turns out she put onions on it when I asked for no onions in the app…. Biggest doozy for me was when she was preparing the footlong cookie and SNEEZED twice and did not cover her face. Needless to say I did not eat the cookie. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the older lady she was working next to gave me a free drink for the 15-20 minute wait.

Went in at 9:00 pm, I understand they close at 9:30 but I had major issues with the product I received. All of the toppings were wrong as well as left in the toaster for entirely too long. I would have returned all three if available.

The food was good, the employees were very nice and the store was clean.
Well I had to edit my review. I went in today and there was a young man working that had a bunch of bracelets on, one of them was cloth and had a long tail that he was dragging across the sandwiches and the fixings as he was preparing the food. How is it the manager is clueless to the hygiene of the employees? I could not take the thought of even if I had someone else prepare my food that bracelet has already been in the toppings. I informed the manager and left. Most people don’t care anymore you have to watch and speak up.
So I decided it’s time to give an update, I have been back about 5 times since the above events and I can say the best time to go is on the weekends when the “Master Sandwich Artist” Jeff is working. He is absolutely amazing just a great Dude. I love to get his suggestions on toppings he has never steered me wrong. With that said Jeff deserves a Million Stars but the restaurant is hit or miss if he is not working so I can’t give the store as a whole a 5 star so it’s a 4 for me. Thanks Jeff!

I was at subway at about 7 pm. When I opened the door, the guy and girl workers came reluctantly walking out.
The reason for this negative review pertains to the “appearance” of the sub toppings. There was pieces of lettuce all over all the other toppings. Also pieces of tomatoes. I said to the girl, oh my, look at all the lettuce. Her response was, “oh we haven’t cleaned up since the “rush”. I asked what did she mean and she said, oh usually between 5 and 6 as she collaborated with other worker.
I thought really? You tell a customer that? Everything should be kept tidy in my opinion at all times, for every new customer walking in. Honestly it was disgusting looking. And the two workers weren’t even trying to make things look nice. They were in back. Even the counter looked dirty.
Then when I went to sit , every single table had crumbs and were dirty. I had to
Ask her to clean a table for me.
The food was fine. But as a customer looking through the glass at the toppings display, to me it was unsatisfactory.

Placed an order on the app. Once it said it was ready went in to get it and they tell me you must be at the wrong location because we have no order for you. I show them my confirmation and payment and they told me it didn’t matter they won’t make it without a ticket. I asked how they could make it right and he said well I can void the order and you will be refunded. I asked how that was possible if he was saying he did not have an order for me. He just said OH yeah! My order finally came through 20 minutes later and instead of doing my order they did all the people in the restaurant first. Took another 45 minutes to get our sandwiches. No sorry, no apology. Nothing!!! We will never be back!

Stopped by to get lunch & ended up having the loveliest conversation with one of the employees while she made my sandwich. Not only did she make everything exactly as I liked it, she also had me leaving with a smile on my face. The peak of excellence when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be back!

They dropped the tortilla wraps on the floor. Threw the 2 away that “touched the floor” and put the rest that fell on top of those (on the floor) back in the rack. When I said “no thanks, I dont want off-the-floor tortillas”, they got mad at me. ..bizarre experience.
The young lady who was originally helping me was kind the entire time. So that’s good at least.

Was suggested to order on the app since only one person works during one of the busiest times, lunch. Order place on app, no problem. I waited 40 minutes total for 2 subs. Ordered the subs at 1200 and suppose to be ready at 1225. I asked if my order was ready at 1225 and it was not even started. The employee needed to walk over to the print out to tell me ‘we are still working on it’. Don’t bother coming here until they hire someone to help out the lone employee.
