Although the Indian man and woman that works there are nice enough to me, this place is extremely filthy and unprofessional. The bathroom has been broken December 2020 or earlier because that’s when I started going there regularly. This is the only Subway I’ve ever went to where the meatballs are always cold in the morning for some reason and the guy that works there has to take the meatballs and heat them up in the toaster to get them warm enough. The last time I went there was in the early part of 2022 and it was terrible. The bathroom was still broken and the meatballs were still cold. But that’s top of that the soda fountain was broken and he refused to fix it. He has to give me the soda and he charges $0.50 for refills and I’ve never been to a Subway yet that charges for refills. I am so tempted to call the Greenville Health Department to report this guy but I’m not a vindictive person. I would rather have people read this review and decide for yourself if you want to come and eat here.

The man that came from the back (owner or manager) is very rude! We will find another subway interested in taking our $50 order. I simply wanted my meatballs from my meatball sub on the side so that the bread didn’t get soggy before getting home. My child has sensory issues and soggy bread is awful for his pallet. However, In order to get them seperate you must pay twice for he sub. You can only pay once if you get the meatballs ON THE bread, he argued to me!! I refuse to pay $8.99 twice, $18, to receive 1 loaf of plain bread and 6 meatballs seperate. That’s awful management and totally inconsiderate of those with a dietary disability.

Came in and purchased a sandwich right before my work shift. As the owner or lady who was running the shift fixed my food, she was wearing gloves but wiped across her nose before making my sandwich. I was so pressed to get to work, I didn’t check her but it was disgusting & I just trashed the sandwich.

Customer service beyond horrible the Manager was very unprofessional treated me as if I was bothering him. Normally I overlook bad behavior from people but this guy was a total jerk. I honestly hope he works on his attitude or, pursue some other type of, career. You can’t treat people as if they are beneath you and, expect too be successful.

I ordered six gift cards with $10 on each in December for Christmas gifts. It took the employee at least 30 minutes to ring them up and didnt act like she knew what she was doing. Mailed those cards out. All were denied. Very embarrassing! Went in to Subway today. The lady employee who had waited on me had put $50 on ONE card, $10 on another card and had given me 4 blank cards. The two with money on them were frozen. The manager and the employee stated it was not their fault and that I had to go online and fill out a form to get a refund. No apology, no let me make it right, nothing! I called the corporate office, who is sending me replacement cards. Furthermore, I could hardly understand their english and I’m not certain how well they understood me. Very poor service!

Food is as expected for subway. Difficult to communicate with the drive through. Have to repeat yourself alot. They aren’t bad, just seems like they don’t really like what they do. I’d rather go across town to another one, they will at least smile and speak to you in sentences.

The customer service is very horrible. Especially the Indian lady who works there. She has no idea what she is doing. She is pushy, persistent, and insists that you order sides or more than what you want to purchase. When you refuse she gets even more rude with her attitude. I’ve tried this location several times because of the convenience of their drive through. However after my recent visit I will not be returning. I ordered the sub of the day. After I placed my order making it through the usual persistentance I was given my sandwich with a side of hatred. None the less I went on about my way only to later discover just how much hatred I would ingest. The sandwich was not well crafted to the usual standards of which I am accustomed to from subway. But I decided that it would be too much trouble to return the sandwich especially being at work so I figured it was at least edible. Mind you I have been eating from Subway for the past couple of days (for their healthier options) just not this particular location. I became very ill regurgitating my sandwich with every content of the sandwich coming out. I’ve never had such an issue with anything I’ve eaten from Subway except from this location. Because this wasn’t the first time however I wrote the first time off as a coincidence but after this recent time I’m almost certain if not the hatred then probably the nasty unsanitary practices made me ill. I’m not saying it’s an guarantee that you will get sick eating here but it’s definitely a gamble. Again not to mention the nasty horrible customer service. I don’t know if the lady that’s usually there is just an employee or an owner but she needs to be fired or step aside. Her interaction with the public is very subpar especially if you are black and female. Yeah that’s right I’ve also eaten inside and noticed her interactions with different people. I forgot to mention she suffers badly from selfhatred and her attitude adjusts accordingly to the hue and tone of your skin. I will be contacting corporate about my recent and past interactions with this subway. My review was not necessarily against Subway itself but this Subway location in particular. I think a lot of people enjoy the brand but this location is the worst for representing the brand/franchise.

Worst EVER!!! I ordered a Turkey wrap. I just wanted a wrap instead of bread. They charged me for a signature wrap with bacon and guacamole! A $3 difference!! I even called 3 other locations and they said it is not a signature wrap and that I was over charged!! Ridiculous bc if they can make $3 extra on one wrap, how much do they make on the other sandwiches??
