Ordered a footlong no mayo and the mayo was dumped all on the bread. Manager was rude and told me to contact DoorDash for a refund and hung up on me even though my order was placed on the Subway app

⭐️ If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would
I don’t know what kind of radioactive energy drink Subway is giving their employees, but the woman making my sandwich clearly had lasers shooting out of her eyes—and not the helpful kind.
I’m talking full-on “I’m about to vaporize your lunch” levels of intensity.
I asked for extra pickles. She stared at me. Her eyes lit up like two malfunctioning barcode scanners. Next thing I know, my bread is toasted to the point of becoming structural steel. I have video evidence, but honestly it looks like a glitchy boss battle from a video game.
She didn’t so much make my sub as she interrogated it with laser vision until it surrendered.
My sandwich was burnt, my dignity was shaken, and I’m pretty sure I left slightly radioactive. If this is the “new Subway experience,” I want no part of it.
Would not return unless they install laser-proof shields!

These careless people didn’t even look to see if they gave me the wrong order. Called before 5pm and the manager had already left. Called again today and was told I had to return the sandwich to get a refund. I threw the stinking crap in the garage. They gave me someone’s doordash order. The ignorant manager and then someone claiming to be her boss got on the phone with the nastiest attitude imaginable. I wouldn’t eat a bag of chips from this place with the IGNORANT ARROGANT EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE!
They refused to give me their names or a phone number for corporate.

Condiments were on the outside of my sub and smashed into the wrapping paper instead of closing and wrapping the sandwich resulting in a dry and distasteful mess. Meat and cheese was wedged in the fold of the bread. Just careless and poorly made.

Never again. Total waste of money.
I should’ve taken the empty store as a warning. This was by far the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t follow basic instructions, I specifically asked for my chicken to be heated until hot, and instead, they tossed the entire sub in the oven, turning the bread rock hard and inedible. To top it off, they had the nerve to put out a tip jar. Honestly, they’re lucky I didn’t demand a refund.

Store looked dirty/disheveled, didn’t have any tea brewed and Dr. Pepper was just carbonation. Not one of the three employees knew how to give a refund for the drink. Just about refused to put olives on the nachos I ordered, and all of my sandwich (including sauce, veggies, and meat) were absolutely room temp. Ended up going to a second restaurant just to get a drink, after already paying for one there. I will be boycotting this location

The workers were very pleasant. This is unusual for this Subway. The food was good and was fixed with care. The ladies knew what they were doing. New steak sandwich was a nice addition to the menu.

I stopped after a very long drive in an area I’ve never been to before. Was greeted with a smile and welcome. They were busy. But very efficient and worked together well. It was near closing time, but they were still super!

Horrible experience here today! Showed up TWENTY (yes, 20) minutes prior to close, just to find that the doors were already locked and the restaurant completely closed down. Made a “please” motion from outside the window, and the female employee shrugged her shoulders as if she couldn’t care less. Walked back to the car, and 2 minutes later, a male employee came outside and yelled “is there a problem?” . To which we responded “no, we just thought you guys would be open as you dont close for another 20 minutes”. The male employee responded “Nah.”, and slammed and re-locked the door. What a rude way to talk to a customer. ESPECIALLY after you have already decided to blow us off by closing 20 minutes early. There were 2 other customers in the parking lot who had gotten there before us (so sometime around 8:30, 30 minutes prior to close!!!!) who also were upset. As a previous subway employee, I know we are to be making sandwiches up until 8:59, and have done so many times before. Appalling behavior. If you can’t follow rules or at least act kind/pretend to be sorry about it, GET OUT OF THE SERVICE INDUSTRY. Again, disgusting behavior. If they care that little about their jobs, I can only imagine the state of cleanliness behind the scenes of the restaurant and food status. Probably would have gotten food poisoning anyways. Everyone should avoid at all costs!!

All three employees acted like they absolutely hated to be there and the customers were nothing but a hindrance to them. I asked for a steak footlong not toasted they barely heated up the meat and then just tossed the cheese on top cold they didn’t warm up the cheese with the meat like you’re supposed to when you have a steak and cheese then when I said that’s not what I wanted it was like again I was a hindrance because they made the mistake first never asked me second didn’t do it correctly and then I had to of course I was okay with that but then she just shoves my sandwich into a bag and slides it across the the counter doesn’t even put my two bags of cookies into the bag just leave them there laying on the counter and walks off. If you hate your job find another one there’s plenty of them out there we as customers are not a hindrance to you we as customers are what actually pays your paycheck no customers no paycheck.. a little bit of courtesy could have got a very long way a little bit of I’m sorry could have gone a very longway but none of these three employees had a bit of courtesy left in them we’ll have to find me another Subway with employees that actually care at least a little
