I went into subway located at 4355 Nc-211 Ste A Seven Lakes 27376 and ordered 2 footlongs. Everything went well until the young man started to cut them in half. He picked up a dirty knife that they had probably been using since the start of their shift. I asked him to get a clean knife and he said oh. He then took the dirty knife he picked up and tore off a piece of paper towel and wiped the knife off. He did use any water at all and then were they put the condiments on your sandwich was also dirty. The 2 young men they have working in there don’t need to work at any food facility because they’re unclean

The lady that prepared my sandwich was not exactly friendly when I pointed to the bread and asked which kind it was. She said to me, “the names of the bread are up there” pointing to the overhead menu. I only asked not because I can’t read but because my vision was a little blurred today. She lightened up her mood by the time she was about done with my sandwich. I think the customer service could’ve been better. Just tired of walking into establishments where people come to work with bad attitudes. Had I not been in a good mood today, I would’ve tried another place to spend my money. This was my first time at this location.

Horrible service. They never have what we want. They are always out of things and the bread is never fresh. Other subways use a toaster oven, while this subway uses a microwave because they claim the toaster oven is broke. We use to enjoy coming to this subway last year. We live local here in 7Lakes but will now start driving to whispering pines subway for our twice a week subs. West end subway is not worth your time or money. This family of 6 will travel to other subways. Whispering pines subway is probably the best subway in Moore county. Stay away from this one in west end/7Lakes.

I went there a couple weeks ago. Tried to use a coupon and they said I couldn’t use it, because there wasn’t a button for it on their computer. The coupon was not out of date. And I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one there and her cell phone was not working.
