These guys are one of the best Subways that I have been to, they are very courteous and friendly and they put love into each sandwich. I haven’t had a sandwich I have not enjoyed yet. Great Subway.

I gave them 5 stars because if you compare them with other subways in Asheboro area this place is very decent, it’s very clean, all vegetables and meats looks fresh, plenty of seating indoor and outdoor, staff is friendly. If you like to enjoy fresh subs this is the place you need to go.

The absolute worst experience I have had at a Subway. The teenagers that ran the place had no respect for other peoples’ time. They were young and inexperienced and kept cracking up jokes while I waited in line for 35 minutes for TWO SUBS. That is ridiculous. I will go out of my way to tell people NOT to go to this Subway.

I’ve been here a few times admittedly and I can report definitively this is the worst subway in Randolph county. The one downtown is understaffed and dirty, but this one is really bad.
They only hire really young kids. They’re respectful and trying to stay busy, they’re good kids. But they need to train them. Kid got my bread out and tore it to shreds with his bare hands.. I’m not one to complain but even I had to tell the kid let’s grab another one..
I asked for a tiny bit of salt, he dumped a massive load on only the very end of the sun. Just held it there in one spot and let it fall. He kept the cheese slides two together so there’s a couple massive blocks of cheese on my and which instead of spread out how it’s supposed to be.
The place is filthy as well.
TLDR; if you want subway drive east a little to Ramseur, there’s a subway there on Jordan road. Best one around the asheboro area.
Edit: oh, almost forgot to add, the bread is raw. Anyone who’s eaten consistently at subway have had bad subs, but tell me you’ve EVER had an undercooked sub roll at a subway. That’s really bad..

OMG!! Lisa. The manager was so, so, so rude. I went in the morning when they opened and she was mean, and disrespectful. I asked her several times, due to her demeanor, if she minded making me a wrap. According to the menu, I asked if I could change my footlong into a wrap, but she said no…. I asked if I could use my coupon for a footlong, and she snapped no… I could not believe her mannerisms. She was mean, rude, and disrespectful to me. She said it was all recorded, but i highly doubt it is voice recorded as then the district manager would hear her talking to me like she did. I then asked for the district manager’s number and she gave me the wrong information. I went to another subway to report her, and the other manager was nice and sent my name and number to Stacy, the district manager, but she has not called me, and I feel that I won’t enter a subway again.
