I got accused of having a fake 5 dollar bill when I was buying a 95 cent cookie. I didn’t have a one dollar bill, and prepaid for my sandwich.
So I paid by credit card, I felt discriminated against…i have never had someone accuse me of having a fake bill before. But I just moved on and paid with a credit card without making a fuss, but it was offensive. Never gave a one review in my life, so there is always a first.

Great location in shopping center of Highway 801 with easy access from both east and westbound I-40 and US 158. Food is good but it seems like the amount of toppings placed between the bread is shrinking.

I am not sure what the issue is with this subway ! But every time I order online here my sandwich is made wrong!!! I’ve dealt with it the past 4 times now. But I am done! I am paying $10 for a sandwich that is literally bologna (there is no ham and no salami on my cold cut combo) .. and it is literally 1 slice of bologna on this even tho I decided to pay for double meat this time… So now I’ve paid $13 for a sandwich that was not worthy! I would suggest the clemmons location if anyone wants to get the online deals …. This location , they need to be watched when they make your sandwich!

Haven’t been to this location in a year after getting a hair in my sandwich obviously from the male employee with a ponytail, nothing against ponytails but not in my sandwich. Decided to give it one more chance and they failed again. $10.99 for a sandwich with stale bread and little meat. Better off going to Publix or Harris Teeter for a sandwich with better quality cold cuts for less money. Last time I’ll go to Substandard Subway.

I came in on Feb 3rd and literally had the best sandwich I ever had from Subway. I had a roast beef sandwich and everything was fresh and they had fresh mozzarella slices that made the sandwich perfect! Will definitely be back next time I’m in that neck of the woods!

The place was slammed with customers the last 30 min before closing. Two workers were working super hard and try to get customers out the door. The third worker was sitting on top of the bread cart with her dirty shoes on the cart chewing her fingers entire 20 min I waited. I was so grossed out watching this while waiting. I said something to one of the workers and asked for a manager and I got told they don’t have one. I will not be ordering food from this location anytime soon.

Decided to grab a quick bite with my cousin. He and I both said Chicken, bacon, ranch sub at the same time (jinx, lol) so we stopped at Subway. They were busy, but the stomach wants what it wants. We were 4th & 5th in line with two that came in behind us. The crew of three kept everything flowing at a steady pace and we had our food and was seated in under 10 minutes. The employees were genuinely nice. The store was clean and almost full of customers. Good food, good price, great service!
